“I will be going to the Hubcap store for all future tire purchases! The gentlemen there were SO nice and accommodating. It was a Saturday, few people in line, but I was in and out. There was little to no wait. Reasoning for four star is if you’re there for the first time, its a little confusing know where to park/or go. I would 10/10 recommend the customer service though!”
“When we moved here, a neighbor recommended Superior Auto. That was great advice. They are easy to do business with. They listen, understand what you need, and take care of it. A Car Dealer said I needed a thousand dollars for "routine" maintenance, I took it to Superior. They saw none of it was necessary. They could have ripped me off but were honest. I trust them. Their prices are fair. I've never had any problems. My son now lives in NJ. He comes to Superior Auto for his repairs.”

“Knox, Nolvia and the crew are the absolute best. When my check engine light came on a few months back, they suggested something to add to the fuel in lieu of replacing the catalytic converter, and it worked saving me hundreds.
I recently got an oil change at one of the "chain garages"...aka, Mavis in Forks. Not only did they get oil all over everything under the hood, and left it that way, but they told me that my rear brakes were "basically metal to metal".
With it being a larger procedure, I immediately called to schedule with Knox to replace my rear brakes. Not only did they get me in right away, but their mechanic called to tell me that my brakes still had 50% life on them, and that everything would be fine for quite a while.
I'll never got to another chain garage again, regardless of how small the job is, because Knox has never steered me wrong. Their guys are the best, and Nolvia is an absolutely awesome person to deal with.

“I was visiting friends in Easton and on my way home to RI when I got a flat tire. First, a wonderful gentleman put the spare on for me and had me follow him to Mavis. So grateful for him and for leading me here. They fixed my flat and helped me re-load my trunk. They were so thorough, they answered my questions before I could even ask them. These guys were awesome. Went above and beyond! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend them. So professional and friendly to boot!”
“We brought my husband’s Ford Explorer over after only having it serviced at the local Ford dealership and having significant problems with them. Suddenly the water pump needed to be replaced and our car was dumping coolant. The dealership quoted us around $8,000 and that was not a possibility for us. We were able to get our car service at this shop for less than half of the dealership quoted us and they fixed more on the car. This shop was recommended to us and I am so thankful for it. Jason was absolutely wonderful. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday and it required around 20 hours of work- we weren’t expecting back anytime soon with the extensive work needed. We got a call on FRIDAY! Once we picked it up it was in the best shape it has been- better than what the dealership ever did. They definitely have customers for life with us and all of our vehicles. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.”

Bought tires, good experience with installation. Tires were delivered 2 days after ordering and an appt for install was available the next day though I took a later one. Mark and John were personal, helpful and answered all my questions incl. during the installation process.
Will update review once I've tested the services included with install, e.g. tire rotations, tire patching, tire warranty, and road hazard claims.”
