Brought in my son's car after a hit and run and some negotiations with Progressive. Star took care of the repairs and it came back looking as good as new! Communication was superb every step of the way. Five stars!

I had an excellent experience yet again at Star Collision Center. The quality of the work was outstanding—my car looks as good as new. They also made the insurance coordination seamless, handling everything with ease.
A big thank-you to Krystie for her exceptional service! She was professional, kind, and kept me informed every step of the way. Earlier I had Kim who helped me the same way. They both are best in their jobs, no match. I highly recommend this facility for top-notch repairs and customer care. I don’t want to go to a repair shop ever but if I have to, then this is the only place that comes to my mind.

No lights on in my car before someone rear ended me. Took my car to get fixed, said the lights were a “sensor” cause my brakes needed to be done. Took my car to another shop 2 days later and was told the AWD in my back needs to be repaired now I have to come out of pocket when her insurance should have cover it…. The dent in the trunk was fixed, but no springs were put in to hold the trunk up. How with 2 kids, I have to hold the trunk open and can’t put the kids strollers in or put food in my trunk when I go food shopped. Car is only visually fixed, mechanically not fixed at all.

Dropped off our Kia following an accident that damaged the front end. Wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and quality of work, not to mention how quickly the repair was completed. Alex worked directly with our insurance company, making the claims process transparent to us! A special shout out to Kim, who provided us with twice weekly progress reports and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Star Easton Auto Body & Collision!

This is the 2nd time I had work done by Star Collision and they will continue to be my go to for auto body repairs. Krystle made the whole process so easy. They had my car fixed very quickly and the work is flawless. I would definitely recommend them to use repairs.

These guys were great had my vehicle repaired their they did a wonderful job the adjuster was very nice and also the front clerk female was nice highly recommended everything was explained to me what they were doing to the vehicle and stayed in touch with me through out the week updating me
