Excellent experience with John as he gave me his undivided attention and was so helpful in my decision making process. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress come see John at Mattress Warehouse on the Easton Nazareth Highway. Great experience!

The rep who helped me buy a new phone was very polite and helpful. Nice, no line that day. I usually don't go to the phone stores directly.... I have had bad experiences, which I told the rep about, he assured me his store doesn't work that way. (Like the rip off, downright rude stores I dealt with before) Recommended

I went to the Nazareth location last year to buy a new iPhone and get a new service contract. At the point of sale their system froze. My card was debited the $406.79 but they said no transaction number had been generated so I couldn’t have my new phone at that point. Of course it happened on a holiday weekend. I had to wait till that following Tuesday to see if the transaction fell off my bank account. It didn’t. T Mobile still wouldn’t give me the phone nor would they refund the money. They referred me to the corporate office. They did make a few attempts at store level to rectify the situation. It never was rectified. An already long story made a little shorter, I had to file a claim with my bank for a fraudulent transaction and PNC did refund me. T Mobile are nothing but crooks with a store front. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Especially if the Nazareth location opens up again. They are inept and don’t care because at the end of the day it isn’t their money. Shut them down.

BEWARE dishonest sales team at this location. They completely misrepresented the process for getting the $200 rebate for porting an existing number to TMOBILE.

T-mobile as a whole sucks! But the employees at this store at the Crossings in the Easton area were fantastic. The guys in this store went above and beyond to resolve an issue we were having with corporate T-mobile.

My husband and I decided to switch from Verizon to T-mobile at the beginning of the month and went to this store to make the switch. I wish we never had. We spent 3 hours the first time to make the switch and there were technical problems from the get go. It took 3 store visits between this store and the one on Nazareth pike to switch our phone numbers from Verizon over. Not only this but I was given an iPhone with less storage than the old one I had. When I did my iCloud transfer I see that the storage was full on my new phone. We are now trying to return the iPhone for one with more storage along with accessories that were added under the guise that they were included with the phone (our invoice says otherwise) and are being told their system is down for returns. It has been almost 3 weeks and your systems are down?! I don’t know what kind of scam store this is but stay away at all costs.

I was in a jam, customer service over the phone wasn't helpful. Took a ride to this store and the two guys working there helped me instantly. It was my first time at this location and I will go back if I ever need assistance.

The employees are nice and friendly. The lady got me exactly what I needed quickly and easy. I watched another employee answer well to an irate/stressed customer and get him exactly what he needed. This store knows what they are doing, and I very much prefer the carrier to others I tried.

Every time I go here, the people are so unhelpful and rude. I have never had this issue with another tmobile store, but at this point I am considering moving to another carrier because dealing with these people is so terroble.

My experience with this location was so terrible that I left Sprint/T-mobile. I'm thankful that they were not able to order me a phone (because I wasn't yet a T-mobile customer, but I couldn't become a T-mobile customer until I got a new phone...), so I bought an unlocked phone direct from Samsung. Figuring I had nothing to lose and had an unlocked phone, I gave Mint Mobile a try- and I'm so glad I did. So, thank you for your terrible service and attitude- it motivated me to find something better!

I visited the store twice within a week to upgrade several lines. These ladies were great to work with...both times. Very efficient, friendly, and not pushy. Highly recommend this location if you need to visit a store.

***** Updating this review and leaving my previous rant for context. I returned to this location and was attended to quickly, treated professionally, and had all my questions answered. My dissatisfaction from the day prior was also addressed and I learned that I had misunderstood the significance of situation. I am happy to admit when my first impressions and subsequent reactions are wrong; this is one of those times. *****Save yourself the hassle and go to another location. All I wanted was pricing and, had the pricing been right, a new phone. Easy right? Wrong. The T-Mobile website could not provide the pricing I needed so I was forced to call this circus of a retail location. I am told they are unable to give me pricing over the phone and that I will have to subject myself to this jackassery in person. I proceed to waste my entire lunch break standing in line behind a group of people babbling in spanish for 30 minutes just not buy anything and a lonely older woman who must have wanted a friend because she was sharing everything about herself OTHER than pertinent account information. Then, when by the grace of god it is finally my turn, I am told by the sawed off little T-Mobile man that "he will be right with me", only to disappear in the back for 15 minutes doing god knows what? Its been a long time since I've worked in retail sales, but here is a piece of advice I would pass along.....when you have a paying customer standing in front of you, whatever BS you need to attend to in the back can wait (aside from a medical emergency). Your personal phone call or quick bite of your lunch can wait. What a joke.

Ashanti and Erika were PHENOMENAL. My experience with these ladies was as smooth as butter. I’d like to thank them very much for their help, and would recommend giving them a serious pay raise. Stay blessed guys.
