Sarco was the center piece of Shotgun News for me as a young wanna be Milsurpian. Now that I am all grown up, they are the Purveyor of my Milsurp Dreams. Great bunch of people, endless supply of the good stuff, what more do you need in life? Go there today and buy it..my advice.

The guys working here are very pompous and don't want to take the time to help you out they do however have parts of all kinds for most firearms just do you homework first they don't care much for what they sell you they just want you in and out

The only one that wasn't in some kind of mood behind the counter was the younger guy tatted up. If they ain't got no hair, beware. Someone pissed in his cheerios. Store itself is cool. Lots of old military stuff and replicas. Worth visiting. A little pricey on the handhuns.

After viewing Sarco's offer for Chinese Type 53 barreled receivers for $150.00 I decided to visit the store in Easton to purchase 2 of them. After not seeing any on the showroom floor I asked an employee if they were on site. The employee had a look on his face as if this was the last place he wanted to be on Saturday. He told me that the receivers were taken downstairs to be turned into complete rifles and that I could not make the purchase. Instead of the store getting a $300.00 purchase from me, it go nothing. Rule #1 in any business: NEVER TURN DOWN A SALE! I am a long time customer but no more. My money is good anywhere. I will purchase from another business that will be happy to sell the items.

No 32 M1 Telescope full Ensemble price $$763.17 USD including tax and shipping from SARCO INC.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, this was a NIGHTMARE.Add the gunsmiths fee to fit it professionally, it cost me over $900 USD for this useless product.The first scope they sent couldn't be adjusted enough on range with a professional using bore scope and range shooting with top 303 British ammo and riffle vise ,the tool broke whilst adjusting. I sent the scope back I received a replacement which also a second gunsmith said after re testing it would not adjust properly!!!! also doing thorough testing.I called SARCO and could only liaise through a lady the owners wouldn't talk directly and was told it was prob a bad batch, they looked at the rest they had and they are all like that !!!!! I asked for a refund and was offered $100 USD to forget the entire episode and keep everything, or return the scope and a $400 refund !!!!!! Meaning i would be out of a scope and would have paid over$400 USD for a mount, a cheek riser that didn't fit, a broken tool for a scope i Would no longer Have !!!!!!!! The management / owners of this company in my opinion were unreasonable and i would NEVER do business with them again.It made what i thought was going to be an exciting addition to my beautiful Enfield a sad and painful experience. I urge you to look elsewhere for this product its a ‘con’ it doesn't work ! The lady helping liaise with the owners was nice BUT CLEARLY THE OWNERS OF SARCO DON’T REALY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS

management uncooperative with refunds in their defective products very expensive and bad customer service lost $100s if dollars on a purchase

A terrible experience. Paid for order, which was never shipped after FIVE MONTHS of repeated phone calls (with various excuses and promises made) and emails (which were never answered). Finally got through to accounts to cancel order and got refunded. Never got an explanation why. Totally baffling.

Have everything you could ever want they had powder for sale per pound at regular prices right after the powder shortage the staff is friendly and the gunsmith helps anyway nj e can just ask and someone in the store will help you out

Decent selection of parts, but shipping is ridiculous. I ordered one small part, and I'm one state away. It took 8 days to arrive by UPS. Ordered another part the exact same day from a company six States away and it took 4 days by USPS. They might want to rethink who they do their shipping through.

Absolutely love sarco ! They’re always extremely helpful and have lots of hard to find gold!I made a mistake on my order the other day and went ahead and called up the customer service number and they got my issue fixed in a jiff and were incredibly polite and understanding
