Horrible bank. Had an account here for years, was responsible with account and decided to withhold my paycheck for a week with no valid explanation just because the system felt like it. Lost us as customers. Don't trust them with your money!

I do like the ladys Angelica and Pamela that have been helping me any time there are issues with my account however the branch manager is arrogant and was very rude. Will not advise anyone to bank here. Even the fraud department is unprofessional and a recording has been sent to corporate…

After braving un-shoveled sidewalks and ATMs for this bank at CVS that won't accept deposits I arrived here, to my dismay I was not allowed to deposit cash ? to bring my account out of the red. My friend however, whose account was positive had no issues at this same ATM just one minute later. Luckily online banking allows transfers of funds. This is just one more example of criminal banksters in action.

I'm giving this bank the second star because I do like the people behind the counter. They are nice, but they deserve a better branch manager. Jim (James) is condescending and arrogant. Not once have I had a pleasant experience with him. I have asked to have his manager call me to which I have had no call. I can't tell if it because Santander does not care or if it is because Jim did not bother to let him/her know, but he would not give me the number to reach out. If the tellers and others were not good people, this rating would be 1 star. I would recommend putting my money elsewhere, changing banks is a PITA and I'm sure people like Jim know that so they don't care much for customer service.

After 2 years of using our current address for a billing address Santandaire reverted my account billing and physical address back to our previous residence’s address.Both addresses use different zip codes. So online and unattended devices (gas pumps) are non operational to me. Now this gets real good - my cell number I’ve had for over 20 years is no longer on record. Because of that I can not update information over the phone.Sounds like some very sloppy database management.

The Santander staff at the William Penn Hwy branch are fantastic. Their customer service is unbeatable. Will, the branch manager always makes time for us. We couldn't ask for a friendlier bank.

Willam Penn Santander bank by far is the best bank I have ever dealt with. Will the branch manager will help you every way possible. The entire staff are courteous and very helpful .I give the bank 5 srars.

My debit card got stuck in their ATM at this location, I immediately went inside and the branch manager, very rudely, asks if I am a santander customer, which I am not. Without an apology or explanation she proceeds to tell me that since I am a TD customer she must shred my card as it is bank protocall.. even tho the transaction occurred just seconds before and I had my drivers lisence and receipt stating that my card was not ejected. Once again this was extremely rude unapologetic and unprofessional. I called corporate and they confirmed that that is not policy that is only if a cards left in a machine over an extended period of time. The "lady" proceeded to shred my card anyway and laughed as at me when I told her I had filed a complaint with corporate and that told me she was being investigated and profusely apologized for my inconvenience and the disrespect I had to deal with. I would advise NOONE to use this branch..not only did I have to watch the Manger shred my card in front of my eyes, I had to cancel my card and report the new number to all my bills connected with it, which everyone knows is a headache. What makes matters worse is I had just activated that card 4 days prior and had changed all bills linked already. This was a horrible experience that could have easily and sensibly been avoided. All due to a disgustingly rude and unprofessional "manager" who was havin a bad day. Disgusting.
