The service was horrible. After getting a new card the register said that I had to pay an annual fee then the manager said that my card was not activated then she tried to keep my card it was a nightmare this is why I why I should have stayed with Costco

Bought a membership with $45 credit promotion and now will not give the $45 they say to call promotion number that they cannot help but spend 3 hours on the phone with no answer from promotion dept what a ripoff
