I love Sam’s club but the hours of operation are unacceptable. Why are you forcing us to get Plus memberships?. The store should be open by 9am for all members .

I will never use this Sams Club again. I did store pickup, was told they would get to it when it was in its turn in the queue. When i asked if it would be ready by the scheduled time i was told they couldnt promise that? Who is held accountable to do their job? It’s a Thursday not a weekend. I was able to get my order - the person who brought it out didn’t speak one word to me, and threw everything in my car. I actually can’t believe people are allowed to work here with the lack of accountability and customer service they presume.

Learned about scan and go checkout using the Sam's Club app.

The lady working the customer service counter on 6/6/24 around 215 was Extremely disrespectful and rude. If you don't want to do customer service then do the world a favor and don't do it.

Are cashiers not suppose to load items in cart like Costco? We loaded all of our items and cashier told us to leave items in cart and I was about to walk away when she instructed me to push the cart forward to the end of the belt . She could not be bothered to pull the cart herself? Is this normal here , because this has not been my experience at Sam’s by Allentown airport.

People who work in the cafe are rude to Scan & GO customers. It says on the app, "show this to the associate and they'll give you your order," but when you show them your order they get a mean attitude ?

Bought spring rolls and they was soggy on the bottom where everything just fell out into the tray .rice paper was open on the bottom and wet ....really never have issues with the store other then this ..

Good prices and products, but recently I can't seem to get through store without getting solicited to for their credit cards or from some other vendor. It really distracts from the shopping experience and makes me want to consider switching membership to a different wholesaler.

Love coming here going shopping they have two employees at the end where you come out from the exit to scan everybody if only Walmart could do this they could prevent a lot of thieves, Walmart, Target home Depot etc...

Customer service sucks! I was put on hold for 1/2 hour and then hung up on me. Please have ypir employees re-trained!

Employees were very kind and helpful. Enormous amount of items that were well stocked and placed accordingly. Prices were also very accompanied to set financial accordings. Long ride there, but other then that, well worth it!
