Fantastic service and knowledgeable. I just came in to get a few links taken out of my watch, and they did it right while I waited—they tried a few different lengths, made sure it was balanced and a good fit for me, and I left completely happy with how it turned out!

I took my watch to 3 different jewelers and they couldn't fix it, brought my $800 watch here and it was fixed, on site in 15 minutes. The jeweler was fast, friendly and fair. I will definitely make my next jewelry purchase here.
