Friendly employees. It was not overcrowded, and they kept up with the appointments, even having 15 of them scheduled in an hour.

Booked same day appointment for Dot Random within my route, I was in and out in 30 minutes ish. They do have a small section for truckers to park but I would only bobtail there just incase someone else is in on one the spots before you then you'll have a harder time parking and being out of the way.

Got my bloodwork done for the first time today. Online appointment scheduling was easy and I was taken back within 2 minutes of arriving. They were very understanding in helping me print out my paperwork that I forgot. The phlebotomist was understanding and careful with the whole procedure.

Horrible phone service. They make you listen to an annoying voice with useless info for over 3 mins only to hear more. You can't actually get a live person on to ask questions

I agree with the posting of poor customer service, since everything is automated now. I didn't even see a customer service number on their website to call. I just saw the number on a reply to a one star post here. I am really glad I don't have a pressing issue or serious medical problem. I was thinking l would try walk in, and tell them their website to make appointments was not working.

As long as I make an appointment, I encounter zero issues. The phlebotomists are always kind and efficient. I've seen Karen, on and off there for 5 years and she is always exceptional. I truly appreciate her knowledge and caring personality.Personally, I recommend this location.I could see the IPAD check-In area being more user friendly. A HUGE sign telling patients STEP BY STEP, EXACTLY what to do. Simplify log in to be error proof, even if they are 100% technology impaired.I have witnessed elderly people come in with questions, and leave because they cannot get one on one assistance, they're overwhelmed and confused. So they sit aimlessly in the waiting room, not in the system. Meanwhile the staff is busy working and they have no idea someone up front needs help. It simply isn't set up for helping the honest people who need guidance.This is only meant to be constructive criticism hopefully it could potentially assist someone in the future. ❤️
