I recently visited Quest Diagnostics at Easton and had a fantastic experience. Despite a hiccup with my appointment not showing up in their system, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They made sure to consider my situation and helped me take the test on time. Additionally, I received my results promptly. Overall, the service was great and I truly appreciate their efficiency and dedication to patient care. Highly recommended!

I have always had exceptional experiences here. The technicians have always been thorough and efficient and behaves professionally. I especially love that the environment is clean and spacious. I have no complaints. As an ER nurse, I understand wait times. Nobody likes them but if you don’t work in the industry, you most likely won’t understand. Please people lets have some patience and understand that things could be worse than waiting a little longer than you anticipated.

Quest diagnostics is nationwide, but the one in Easton pa is too notch. Very nice facility and great customer service skills. I was in and out after some short test.

Phlebotomist was very nice however she failed to wipe the alcohol from the insertion point which burned tremendously throughout the time there. Secondly, I now have a pinched nerve in my forearm near where the blood was drawn. Hands down worst blood draw experience.

The most efficient lab location I have ever been to. My appointment was for 8:40, I checked in via mobile check-in at 8:36, and I was out the door by 8:41. I’m not even sure how that’s possible, but I love it!

I scheduled a 7 AM appointment and arrived 20 minutes early based on some reviews stating I might be called in late and to my surprise I was called into the back no more than 2 minutes after check in. I was in and out in I’d say 5 minutes! Jamie was so lovely and friendly she made the process even better.
