I work as a server and this bank is convenient because it's across the parking lot but the other night I went to deposit my money in the ATM and everything went as it always does says deposit approved and all I get home and go to pay my bills and the money never went into my account . I call the customer service and explain to them the issue and they tell me it's gonna be a 10 day investigation...I dont have 10 days to spare on these bills. I told them my electric company isn't going to care that my banks ATM ate my deposit of a little over 200. They said we u derstand and are sorry for the inconvenience . I have proof of the transaction and all but still gotta wait 10 days? This is unacceptable you can't play with peoples money could at least credit my account till the investigation is over

I spend 30 min of my life try to get money from my account very bad service :/ one star is a lot people at the cashier are very unprofessional!!! I never have a problem with my id ! She ask me wat store I usually go I am go to Phillipsburg she said go there my stuped sistem not work ? this people have no idea about costumer service is 12/05/2023 3 pm please ?? manager do something about this people !!

In general PNC banks totally suck, service is terrible, FEE'S are high and they are closing branches and ATM machines everywhere

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I hardly ever come to this branch, but had to yesterday to withdraw money on my lunch hour. Stood in line for 20 minutes and I was second in line!! 3 total people working! One person sat on the phone the whole time. Second one ended up being on the phone the whole time as she was working on a fraud case instead of telling the old hag to go home and do it herself. This left one teller for both the counter and the drive thru!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Great experience. I’ve had great service over the phone, which is what brought me into this location initially. This is my second time going into this branch location, which is a little further of a drive for me than the nearest open branch (the closest branch to me closed so I had to find another branch location). I was greeted when I entered and was helped shortly after. My wait time was minimal, and the teller who worked with me was very friendly and efficient. Thank you!

I've been using this branch for 5 years. Over that time the level of service has slowly declined. Just today I went in to wire money and was told there were no tellers available, they were in corporate meetings. This is the only branch in the area that hasn't gone fully automated. What's the point in having a physical bank branch if there's no one to even help me?

Had an amazing experience with a very friendly very patient assistant branch manager when setting up my account today. Had a lot of struggles moving my banking over from out of state and she helped me every step of the way.

First time going to this specific PNC branch and had a horrible experience. The drive thru teller (I believe her name was Barbara) did not return my debit card back. When I asked her for the debit card through the drive thru she was extremely rude and had an attitude. She was not paying attention clearly because she also deposited my money into a wrong bank account. Had to go back to the branch and wait about 10-15 minutes for them to figure out how to fix the issue she made. When I went into the branch, she approached me and was very unprofessional. Talking about me to the other workers. DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch.

I used to be a very happy customer of PNC, until the moment I wanted to close out my accounts….. the same day I had the unfortunate luck that my card numbers were stolen, not their fault so they started an investigation where I mentioned I wanted to close my account but was told I couldn’t. You would think they would put some sort of freeze on my account to not take fees cause I’m not putting money in cause they know I fully intend to close it but no! They wasted all my money on fees so I owed the bank more money after the investigation closed than I did before! Ok that’s fine I payed it all in my location and was closed they wouldn’t be able to close it that second but they could they next day and promised me they would take care of it, only for a week later to get an email about low balance in my account! I had to call back upset and they thankfully closed out my account over the phone but this whole process has been beyond ridiculous!

The WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!! Joint applicant on my checking account tried to go into this branch to get a certified check and they wouldn't allow him to get money out our the account! They wouldn't even tell him the reason why they wouldn't let him take the money out but did mention that they wouldn't have allowed him to open an account with an out of state license. They made no attempt to call our home branch to even attempt to verify him or OUR account. Because of this I had to drive over 300 miles!!! The branch manager as the whole staff is garbage!!
