I was not told when adding a new gerbil to an existing tank that they should be separated till they get used to each other. That would have been helpful being now the new gerbil was attacked and now dead.

Brought our new puppy in that we just got that same day. Staff was wonderful with helping to pick out food and adding her to my Petco rewards. Very friendly and informative with great information!

Omg!!!!! I had THE best experience here. Keonna my groomer was the best. I brought my 2 month old rott in to get a bath and nails done because the 2 other groomers i went to could not get them done. She kept me posted through the whole process and gave me updates. ( I tried bathing her it did not go well) but some how she pulled it off and she looks sooooooooo cute and even got a little bandana to go home with. I highly highly highly recommend keonna. She is the best in the area.

Stopped in to pick up some bird food right as the store opened. I was greeted multiple times by smiling associates. Shawn started a conversation regarding birds while he was cleaning the parakeets and I was reviewing the different food options. When I had wrapped up, he was also the cashier. Great conversation. I usually suck at remembering names, but he made a good impression :-)

Now normally I love this store, but I went in last night and was appalled by what I saw. I was looking at the betta fish and there were at least 5-6 of them dead in their containers. Clearly the person in charge of looking after them wasn’t doing their job, or they are letting these fish get sick and die in the small cups. I understand the cups are temporary, but still very inhumane and clearly they are causing health issues. So disappointing to see a business about animal care let the fish die in bulk.

Stopped in there today and after waiting 20 minutes for help I ordered 4 fish the sign said buy 3 get 1 free. It didn’t ring up that way and the cashier got the manager and the manager yelled at him. When I questioned the price directly with the manager he then yelled at me. I left the fish on the counter and walked out while the lady who bagged the fish yelled at me.

My GPS had me confused because I put in Petco Easton and it took me a while. I didn’t know there were two Petcos in Easton so it took me to the one near Wegmans when I really needed to be near the one near the motor vehicle Plaza. But you gotta know exactly the address if you want to go to Petco and you have a veterinarian appointment. Shawn is a fantastic associate and helped me set up my rewards program so that I actually could use the $30+ in rewards I had accumulated but would expire. I set up the program at a different location and they didn’t tell me anything about how to claim these savings. I would have kept losing money if he hadn’t walked me through it. Highly recommend this location.

The store is large and has a lot of inventory. I really wish so many Beta fish weren't ill or dead every time I visit.

Store Manager Heather was extremely rude and had very poor customer service. She was extremely unprofessional when I took my 8 yr old to purchase a pet. She calls herself a manager but lacks customer service skills towards customers. She was very rude and was very disrespectful.

Everyone is very helpful, especially Donny he was nice enough to call another Petco to help us find more baby bettas for our Sorority Betta tank. Donny deserves a raise! Or at least a pizza party.
