Appreciated the knowledge of the staff member who groomed our dog and her recommendation of a product to help us clean our dog's teeth. She also did an excellent job grooming our dog.

Does not know how groom a dog for its breed. We own a Portuguese Water Dog and took him to Petco in Nazareth to get groomed. They completely shaved him and did not follow standards for how this breed should be cut. Please see photos below. We will not be coming here again.

I took my dog there to be groomed for the first time. The groomer wasn't happy that we stood by the window to see our dog. Then when she was done told me that my dog was very hard to groom and said other groomers lied to me when they told me she was never a problem over the past 7 years and that she was the only honest one. Lol. Then she proceeded to slam down another groomer's business card on the counter and said I should take her to that groomer next. Her job is to deal with dogs who may be nervous. My dog probably sensed the tension from the groomer. The person at the checkout asked if we wanted to add a tip onto our bill. She didn't deserve tip since she was so rude! Won't be going back there!

Very unprofessional and there is no customer service. There is no hello when you walk through the door, or smiles. Stated I booked my appointment incorrectly for my pet based on their size and age. Which is incorrect, I booked it correctly as I doubled checked before booking the appointment, I think I would know my own puppy's age and weight... Did not even offer any services to us as an option instead of a full grooming, and said \"the price you booked for will be significantly increased if that's what you want\". What else was she getting at besides me walking out without any services done to my dog?! I stated that we will not be accepting the appointment, they can cancel it, and left. The best part, she wasn't even busy, as not other pets were there. My puppy loves people, but not these groomers. We will not be coming back. Do not book with Jacqueline V. 0/10 recommend, she will not be touching my adorable puppy, and you shouldn't let her touch yours either. Who soiled in your cheerios, ma'am?! If you don't like dogs, you shouldn't be a groomer.

Heather R. is simply awesome. She is so patient and so good with my boy. He's always happy to see her and happy when he leaves. Definitely does a great job, nails are. perfect and no dog smells for weeks!

We bring our dog to Petco for her nail trim routinely. Heather is professional, caring, and kind. Our dog is very nervous when she goes out, but as soon as she sees Heather she calms down making her nail trim a pleasant experience. We appreciate Heather’s kindness.

I took my son in there today. My son is nine years old and he is nonverbal autism. I wanted to see how he would feel about smaller animals since he doesn’t really bother with the cats and isn’t a fan of dogs. The one lady took my son and showed him all the animals and held them while he tried to pet them and he was so excited that I ended up coming home with two guinea pigs! I’ve never seen my kids so happy and they were so nice there! Thanks all!!!
