Your staff was remarkably helpful and supportive. My dog was matted unbeknownst to me because of being a first time puppy parent. Their knowledge of my dog gave me great comfort.

She's really great I would like to request her. Every time I bring the dogs in she discovered that in my Briella likes buffing of the nails which is something I never knew she never let me buff them before they Look so much better and feel so much better I also brought her in for her anal glands and they were honest with me and told me that they didn't need to be done on honesty goes a long way with me good job my dogs aren't scared at all good environment ?

Coureous, helpful groomers, convenient location, good prices. I like that there were not a bunch of other dogs there which can make my Joey nervous.

I recently brought my dog in to be groomed. I have been bringing him to the same store for nine years since he was a puppy. My dog is getting older and he has a joint in his left rear leg that causes him to occasionally pick up his left rear leg. I always bring his paperwork from the vet explaining his condition. I was turned away without much explanation and was treated very rudely. So much for being a loyal client. The new manager never came to explain why. I.i am very disappointed in my experience and will never step foot in the store again.
