It was a busy waiting room when I arrived at Patient First. Nonetheless, I was seen within 20 minutes and when I was shown to the patient room, the Dr. was there within 5 minutes and resolved my problem within 5 minutes. Overall, it was a great, seem less experience from check in to seeing the Dr.

My experience there was great no complaints at all, they took care of me in a decent time and answered all my questions. The best part is that afterwards they called multiple times for wellness checks, which I don't know if I've ever experienced from even my own primary care doctor.

I went for a back examination and x ray expecting it would take hours but the staff were exceptionally proficient at examining and diagnosing my issues. Everyone was chill and skilled, I was in and out before I knew it. Would absolutely recommend this place. Jessica at the desk was especially helpful with the paperwork processing which is always a chore at any medical office.

Dr. Patel is an excellent clinician. He listens and asks the right questions to get a proper diagnosis. He treats the patient with respect which I like. He never talks down to the patient and has the unique ability to explain medical stuff in a manner a lay person can understand. Dr. Patel has given me great guidance on my health journey and I very much appreciate that. Patients First and their patients are lucky to have such a great overall doctor.

Had xray of ankle, nothing wrong, in severe pain, was told to drink tonic water, too old for pain meds I was told, saw my doctor and diagnosed with severe sciatica which caused severe pain in ankle, was put on meds and been in therapy for it over 7 weeks now. Always had good dealings with them before but very disappointed in this visit.

I had visited twice in the last several months. Short wait time and expert medical service each visit. Glad this facility is nearby when other options have a long wait. 5 STARS!
