Pakmail saves the day! I needed to ship golf clubs to Kentucky with guaranteed 2 day delivery. Pakmail handled the transaction like a pro and had the most competitive price. They were able to look at FedEx and UPS for the most reliable and cost effective option. Previously I was loyal to UPS stores, but Pakmail will be my go to moving forward.

I was very dissatisfied when I left Pak Mail yesterday. I used to go when the former owner was there, and I was always pleased. Yesterday I went to mail packages thru USPS, and it seemed the woman there didn't know what to do with them. She worked very slowly, wrote a name incorrectly on a mailing label, and charged incredibly high rates...FAR MORE than I've ever paid. I know prices have gone up, but the increase was staggering. Today, I mailed similar size/weight packages at a local post office, and paid much less, as per my expectations. It seems the woman at Pak Mail didn't understand the delivery options available and charged me the highest rates. (The former owner always told me the options and let me choose. It's done the same at the post office.) I don't expect I'll return to Pak Mail. I certainly won't go there to mail through USPS.

Zero stars if possible.
This old, grumpy white lady first refused to help my mom, then made a huge fuss about printing a label when all that was needed was a QR code. To make it worse, she charged my mom for printing it without even mentioning the fee beforehand. Now, the second time my mom went back to ship something, again just needing a QR code, this woman rudely yelled, "Don't you remember from last time? I told you I’m not sending anything without a printed label!" She's the only woman working there during the week, and her attitude is beyond frustrating. All of my mother’s coworkers have said the same thing about this woman. Please have her attitude adjusted or just fire her. Zero customer service skills or support.

My Dad has been coming here for years to get business mail here when Rich owned the place, and I finally switched from a PO Box at the postal service to one here for my business, and the service from the wonderful ladies who run the place has been more than outstanding! I’ve only dealt with Krystal and Linda but I do believe there are a few other people that help run it too but absolutely amazing service from everyone!

Very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable family owned business. I had to ship a package but ran into a few obstacles and felt comfortable and supported while I was there. they created a unique box for my items, held onto them for me until I decided what I wanted to do, and it arrived fast and was affordable to get there. Will be using again amongst some of their other services they provide.

I've been renting a mail box, since I started my business in 2003. Last year, I paid $72 for the year, I knew the owner was raising the rate to $90 starting July or Aug of 2022 which I thought was fair, since he did so much for me as I am sure he did for others.Since then, the previous owner sold the business (which wasn't a surprise since he had posted a sign), but would had been nice to be given a notice of sale.When I went to pay the rent on my mail box, the price went up to $114. I was not only shocked but a little P/O that they did not give any notice or post their new rental rate.
