June 2022This letter is addressed to all businesses below regarding an item purchased at auction November 2021, specifically referred to as Monumental Sydney Advertising Clock, which was damaged upon delivery and was not in the condition as shown when bid on. Morphy Auctions, Invoice #21170983-2000 N. Reading Rd. Denver PA 17517 877-968-8880Mosaic Enterprises, Owner Laura Diesch-250 Line St. Easton PA 18042 267-225-0073UPS Store, Owner Laura Diesch-250 Line St. Easton PA 18042 908-878-7712TForce Freight Claims Dept., Claim #181907751-P O Box 1216, Richmond VA 23218 888-653-9720This item is a rare antique 1830's clock. It was purchased during an auction on-line held November 4, 5, & 6 with Morphy Auctions. Total cost to include buyers premium was $12,000 plus tax of $840.00. The item was shipped with three other items with a total cost of shipping $1,907.56 to include pick-up, packaging, crating, insurance, and delivery. I have all email communication verifying. The auction company presented us with two companies they recommended, one of the being Mosaic Enterprises. Ultimately, we hired Mosaic with a clear understanding and written communication specifically regarding the clock and it's rarity, value, fragileness, and being insured in case of damage. Upon delivery of those 4 items, they arrived via delivery from TForce Freight, whom we did not authorize or contract with; in a large wooden crate weighing approximately 741 lbs with dimensions of about 7' x 4' closed with wood screws. Once we arrived to delivery location, which is a private warehouse, the delivery had been dropped in the back covered area and the driver had left. The crate had to be opened with a screw gun to remove the wood to unpackage. The items were not secure in such a large container with open space that items easily moved during transport. The 4 items weighed approximately 200 lbs total and were no larger than 4' x 2' packaged together. The container was extremely too large for the shipment. As for the damage to the item upon opening the crate, the bottom wooden piece was separated from the body with the bottom glass barely attached still, the whole top portion was not attached and was missing the whole top glass piece completely, pendulum was detached, loose wood pieces inside of the clock. Laura stated she would pursue filing a claim for damage with TForce Freight. The next issue revolves around hiring Mosaic to handle delivery and a 2nd party being contracted, the UPS Store that Laura Diesch with Mosaic also owns, to contracting a 3rd party TForce Freight. We in no way would have authorized three companies to have contact moving the item. Our understanding is Mosaic is an established company for delivery of antique auction items and we assumed "White Glove" service is what we would be receiving. Ultimately, the delivery documentation DOES NOT indicate fragile item and the remainder of damages were the result of poor packaging in a container too large and delivery with a commercial transport company not handling the item with care. Ultimately, Laura did not file the claim and I was directed by a representative from TForce on how to file the claim myself. A claim was filed and they sent an independent inspector. A report by the inspector has been completed with photos. Ultimately, TForce sent a denial of the claim indicating they had no responsibility for the damage during transport. I emailed a response to the claim reprepresentative and the following day he sent a second letter stating the claim was corrected and denied because the UPS Store had to file the claim as the shipping party. As of today, I have an email from Laura Diesch the claim was denied but she would further pursue it with TForce to have it covered. I have requested an official denial of the claim and proof that the item was actually insured when shipped from Laura. To date, non of this has been provided. I have contacted two adjusters with TForce Freight who were handling the claim, Reginald Moses who I originally dealt with; and Jennifer

my experience was similar to the other reviews. I bought two brass library lamps at an auction and engaged mosaic to pick them up, pack them and ship them to me in Canada. they arrived broken. and no wonder as they were poorly packed. initially it seemed that they would put in a claim and I would be reimbursed. Months went by and after many emails they finally responded saying: "We have been informed that your claim for your shipment was denied. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and will be reimbursing you in payments overtime as we work to rebuild". I asked for clarification and never heard back from them. That was September 2022. I reached out today to ask if I will ever be rrbursed and received this rather flippant response: "Nope! but thanks for asking". Stay away from this company - they're grifters.

I received an email from them informing me that they have no access to place of business after 31 Oct and I was pretty shocked. Luckily Laura did contact me and let me know I will still get my stuff. Thanks Laura and I hope everything turns out well for you guys.Update: My stuff didn't get to ship out. Dan from Navis and Pack took over and some of the lots were missing. Just bad luck I guess.

I was hired to drive to the warehouse to pickup my clients lots. They had over 25 pieces stored for months. My client was called and told they needed to be out by Thursday two weeks ago - they lost their lease and everything needed to go. By the time I arrived, the place was empty. I spoke to a nice man in one of the stores out front and he said they either gave everything away or tossed it in dumpsters. He said there were trucks lined up for days. The phone number is dead and my client has had no further contact with the company. I am not sure what happened as I picked up from them for years. Good luck.

My experience agrees with most here. One of the most unethical and incompetent companies I ever dealt with.I purchased a painting at the local auction and Mosaic came highly recommended by them as a shipper. Mosaic first delayed the shipping for almost two months due to various excuses, and only shipped my painting after the auction house stepped in. They would not answer the phone, would not respond to email. To my astonishment, the painting arrived in a small tube! The Mosaic shippers took a razor blade and cut out my painting from the frame gangster style, rolled in incorrectly and shipped it to me that way. It will cost hundreds of dollars to restore this painting. I have never seen anything so negligent. They admitted the wrongdoing and promised reimbursement, but dragged the process so long that I missed the deadline to appeal the charge on my credit card. Then they declined my appeal. Needless to say, there was no response since. I do hope they will go out of business soon before they cause more damage!

They had picked up many pieces for me 4 months ago, and have completely stopped answering my texts and emails around 1 month ago. Including transportation cost, it has been nearly $20,000 you have stolen from me. I’m sure I got scammed and I’m sad because of it.

Can't get through to them via email or phone. Last email from them was June 9th saying my items would "ship tomorrow" but nothing since. Anyone know if they're still in business?UPDATE 10/26: Still nothing, they replied saying they had hired a carpenter starting "tomorrow" to start building crates again. I told them to forget it, refund my money and tell me where my items are and ill collect. No reply since.UPDATE:"Still open" they say. Funny how they respond to a google review within minutes of me posting it, but are unable to reply to the dozens of emails I've sent them over the last few months requesting an update on when my items will ship. Purchases I made 5 months ago at auction that they're still holding and refuse to give me any answers on. They don't answer their phone, don't reply to emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this vendor. They shipped a glass lamp to me in May that arrived in pieces. They stated they filed a claim with UPS on June 7 for the product value and shipping cost. On July 28, I was told the claim was in the final stages of completion. On August 15, they said a check would be issued any day. While they were slow to respond throughout this process, and do not answer their phone, they have now completely stopped responding, and I have likely lost $857!! Mosaic has been dropped as a potential shipper by the auction house from which I purchased the lamp.

I purchased several pieces from an auction house four months ago, paid in full the shipping fee, and was under the impression that the items would be delivered within the month. Since, there has been very little communication, despite my best efforts. The last email I received was a month ago, claiming the pieces would go out immediately. I have tried to contact Laura or anyone at MoeShip. Phones do not work. The auction house said that they no longer can recommend Mosaic and that I should consider taking legal action. This is my final attempt to get in touch before taking legal action. I am incredibly disappointed by this company. Please be honest and provide some clarity.

I had a mirror won at auction shipped with them - it took over a month to ship. when received it was crushed. I paid for insurance total coverage, 3 months later they say the claim was approved. Now they are saying it was denied. That is not how to run a successful business - plus I'm out over $800

They do not answer the phone, or reply to emails. I am actually unsure if they are even in business still. If they are, they are running a garbage operation.UPDATE: They replied "Everyone hates us these days :(". Yeah, I wonder why. How about you reply to emails, pick up the phone, and do what you say you are going to do. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
