I had an issue and got a call from one of the owners. She was kind and understanding and quickly resolved my problem. This is a family owned business and by the immediate attention I was give, I will use this business in the future.

I am disappointed. I ordered from Canada screws and this seller does not indicate whether he sent the package does not give any communication never respons to emails. Finally after 3 weeks I received the small package, I couldn't believe anymore.

These guys are local for me so I can pop in there and look for certain guitar hardware items. They have been friendly and super helpful. I think they will work with buyers to get custom made orders for them but I am buying stuff they have there in stock. I wish there were more cool places like this!

AMAZING selection of small hardware. I'm a hobbyist who builds scale models, RC Airplanes, etc.. Their hardware is of great quality and has held together countless RC airplanes with thousands of flight hours on them. Their hardware gauge/sizer is a must purchase for when you need to know what size hardware you're working with. A+ Thanks!

We sent this company samples of a small Nylon Insert Lock-Nut to match for our order. They claimed to have a match so we proceeded to purchase several hundred. However when the shipment came they did not match and would not work for our purpose. The customer service them became difficult to contact and took 2 weeks to tell us they could not provide what we needed. We then had to pay to ship back the wrong ones(even though it was their mistake). Once they received them back it took almost 2 MONTHS to issue a refund in which they deducted the original shipping costs. Overall a very disappointing experience.
