Our purchasing experience was nothing short of a good time, thanks to Tom O'Neil who manages two different locations in Easton, PA. We went to the location next to Kohl's off Rt 248. We had an enjoyable and fun time going through the process of learning what bed fits our needs best, as well as the right size and type of pillow. Tom was very patient with my process, which included trying out almost every bed in house because I like to be very particular and not miss out on any options. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I find mattress shopping overwhelming. There are tons of reviews on mattresses that are so conflicting. I went to mattress firm to test out some mattresses I’d been looking at online. When walking in, everyone was very friendly without bombarding you into purchasing something immediately. One of the salesman, Tom, came over to offer assistance. I mentioned what I was looking for out of a mattress and he gave me a few options with different price points. He was kind throughout the entire process and was patient with both me and my young niece when we asked a ton of questions. When making my purchase, he provided great explanations of all of my options, making sure I was aware of all the fine print details. I bought everything on a Saturday and delivery/set up happened the very next day. After the delivery was completed, I received a curtesy call/ follow up from Tom to make sure everything went well. I would recommend this store/Tom to everyone and already have.

I called and spoke with Thomas as I was looking for a specific metal platform that I saw on their website but could not let me pick the size I needed. Sometimes they have things you cannot get but sometimes they have it in store. They did not have it but as I was deciding to buy the more expensive one Thomas called me back to let me know another store had one left instock and was holding it for me. He went above and beyond to help me.
