Walked in for x-rays of my daughter’s foot. Asked if they were busy and an approximate wait time. They said there was no wait. After sitting in the back room for a doctor for 45 min, with no update on what was even going on, I asked. Xray had a long wait. After an hour we got x-rays. Brought back to the room and wasnot even told if the doctor was going to see my daughter or not.Communication is key. Sesame Street crew running the show.

Took my daughter as a walk in due to her having symptoms of an ear infection, I was told it was just a cold and she would fine. Not even 6 hours later she was crying in pain with a fever. Took her to a different urgent care the next morning and they right away diagnosed her with a double ear infection.

Brought my 7-year-old daughter last week with a hacking cough and phlegm. Doctor told me to "treat it with honey" and that kids are supposed to have germs to build immunity. Well, it's a week later and my daughter was just diagnosed with walking pneumonia.

As luck would have it, both my daughters got sick while on vacation. After searching for a pediatric urgent care in the area, we found LVHN Children’s Express Care. The front desk staff was not super friendly, but the medical staff made up for it. Nurse Ashley and Dr. Erin were both very compassionate, friendly, and understanding. They had good bedside manner, and were very thorough, but also quick and efficient. Since we were not familiar with the area, they also provided guidance on the pharmacies in the area.

The staff do an amazing job! While at times they may be busy due to having a lot of patients, the nurse and doctor will take care of your child quickly once you’re in a room. My family has always had positive experiences here.

I brought my 15 month old daughter who had been vommitting non stop for 8 hours to this hospital. They did not swab her for anything like covid, flu, or rsv. They didn't test her. They told me it was probably a 24 hour bug and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. I took her to another hospital and they ended up having to airlift her for emergency surgery due to bowel blockage. My daughter had a life threatening illness and this hospital did absolutely nothing. She is currently recovering from surgery due to my persistence in receiving answers.

Have been here a few times for my child’s health and always have a great experience with the Dr. Davis. However, front desk ladies are never friendly or show any signs of being personable. At most recent visit, was “greeted” by Mariah and it was like she was being bothered by our visit. Very sad to be “welcomed” with my sick child in such a poor manner.
