I was thrilled that Customer Service at the Easton Lowe's was able to track down a "Delivery Receipt" from 2018 (!!!) and this allowed me to ask if Lowe's would extend my refrigerator's "extended" warranty by one month. I'll let you know how that all worked out!

Short version: Avoid this place. Go to any other Lowe's (Bartonsville nearby is great). Do not hire them to hook up anything - they will not help you AT ALL if there is a problem. Don't bother calling customer support either, I was on hold for a manager today for over an hour, they never picked up and were demeaning about my issue in person. Gross bathrooms- the kind where you really have to think about which stall to use. I have not tried to make any returns at this location, don't know how that would go.Long version: I had property damage from an install of a dryer overseen by Lowe's, and have been speaking with Lowe's for over a month with no movement, despite being told that I have a valid claim multiple times and that they will 'make things right'. I have also been promised callbacks from management 5 total times, 1 of which happened. That manager never followed up and is now radio silent.So I came into the store in person as directed by their own online customer service team since even THEY consistently couldn't reach a store manager. I was met by unclean bathrooms with mystery moist toilet paper clinging everywhere... and equally gross customer service by the manager, who essentially said good luck - it's the third party installers fault (who LOWES hired, and who were never informed by the store of the damage). She offered to give me the single metal part "as a courtesy to fix it yourself" , and while I understand the gesture this came across as insulting after all the time already wasted and their installer doing the damage.I loved shopping my projects at Lowe's, my experience at other stores is usually great but after this I am now happily taking my money and projects elsewhere.

Had a great experience with Jen. She was very helpful in the purchase of our new washing machine.Wish there was a couple more options but it was still a pleasant experience

Got “hired” by them. They didn’t know I had an interview scheduled. & when they did interview me. It wasn’t even an interview the dude just was on the phone the whole time. I got “hired” but they never sent me anything to move forward. I keep trying to call them and I can’t even get ahold of anyone or a manager. Now they have no record of hiring me ?!? I get it being busy. But this day in age you can’t waste someone’s time like this. I live on my own and go to college. I needed the job.

If you're looking for twisted 2x4s bent beams, self checkout this is the place....Ok, so on a serious level, the lumber is garbage anymore. The time it takes to search for useful pieces isn't worth it for big jobs.Checking out is now only self check out unless you go to the lumber contractor area where someone will check you outWhen self checking out, the staff is there but watching to make sure you do their job well. If you want me to do your job well pay me otherwise I work for me and not the company so ?....

Some Christmas things are on sale. But when you scan them, the price doesn't come up.I had to get the paper to show the lady who was watching the self checkout. I don't know why they can"t make things easier for the workers. All Christmas things are on sale and done. Instead they want to take all the money they can get from the customer.They never have cashiers and I have to scan myself.

Great big box store. Their Kobalt cordless tools are reasonable and of good quality.Self checkout sucks. But that's showing up everywhere. I refuse to use it.

I bought a subzero ge profile fridge and washer dryer set from Easton Lowes - The sales process was good BUT their delivery logistics team was horrible. 3 days before the delivery date a “Rachel” called me and said the the washer dryer was out of stock hence will be have to reordered. My sales person (Ethan Dean) was very helpful and spoke to his manager and got that ordered right away got a new one ordered ( and also got me a substantial discount on the washer dryer after speaking with his manager.The 42 inch subzero fridge was another delivery DISASTER - the delivery team came came with the appliance and said this is a very heavy fridge and cannot be delivered by the 2 man team and took it back to the store. On the following Saturday delivery date for the fridge again a ONLY 2 man team was sent and again they were not going to deliver the fridge, but luckily my movers were present at that time and I paid them extra money to help the delivery guys get the Fridge moved into my home.Additionally the guys from Lowes delivery team had no idea how to connect the water connection of the fridge - I read from the instruction manual and had to show them how to connect the waterSo in summary - A terrible delivery experience from Lowes - they need to improve thier DELIVERY LOGISTICS

Horrible and let me tell you what NOT to do. Try to return items with a receipt.On Sunday, November 19 I tried to return a builders bundle pack of molding. Because it was 8 days past their 90 day return policy the girl behind the counter said she couldn't accept it, as it wasn't purchased on a Lowe's card. I tried to explained the legal reason why it wasn't on the card (I do have a personal and business account) and she asked if I would like to speak to the manager. Not sure if it was the entire store manager or their FOH manager. I accepted and waited for the manager. 15 minutes later the girl behind her return desk told me that the manager REFUSED to come out and talk to me. Yes REFUSED as their 90 day policy is what it is. The girl did allow me to return other items and missed a $74 dollar item (I returned two but she only gave me credit for 1 which I didn't realize until I saw my bank statement. Whatever).NOW HERE IS THE LOOPHOLE! WITHOUT a receipt Lowes will offer store credit which would have been fine. I had a list of other things needed that far exceeded the bundlepack. The store MANAGER REFUSED to give me a moment of time. REFUSED!In frustration I left the molding pack at the counter (I am out that money and yes that's on me) and walked out. Went to their big orange competitor down the street and did my new purchases there and will from now on, just because the Manager REFUSED the have a conversation.

Exceptional Knowledge and Service!! A Shining Star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I just had to share a wonderful experience with Shima at the Lowes store in Easton - I’m tackling a couple home projects and desperately needed HELP!… Shima stepped-in with exceptional knowledge of Lowe’s products/services including insights on interior design trends. She addressed my questions with patience and clarity. The experience was smooth from start to finish.The 2nd time was even better... I had to replace an appliance and needed it installed, but the installation didn’t cascade in Lowe’s system after purchase. She made several calls to ensure the item was setup correctly in and scheduled my installation. I was so impressed, I put the items in the car and continued shopping at Lowe’s. It's evident she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer service. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire transaction enjoyable.Thank you for your exceptional service.
