I recently visited the paint department at Lowe’s and had the pleasure of being assisted by Robert. From the moment I approached the counter, Robert greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel comfortable.
I was unsure about which type of paint would best suit my project, but Robert patiently listened to my needs and provided expert advice. His extensive knowledge about different paint options, colors, and finishes was impressive. He took the time to explain the differences and benefits of each product, ensuring I made an informed decision.
Robert’s professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he assisted me in selecting the perfect color. He even went above and beyond by providing helpful tips for application and maintenance. His passion for his work was clear, and it made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress free.
Thanks to Robert's exceptional service, I left Lowe’s feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. I spent $4000 buying laundry washer, and dryer, refrigerator, and stove. The washer machine wasn’t delivered until I had complained for a later delivery, not enough I requested the $250 for extended warranty , and after 1 year I am still waiting to get my money back, not enough the washer doesn’t work properly since the first day I got it, so there is not one cicle that it finished by itself, the washer never runs to get clothes rinse and ready to dry, it stop working before, so I can’t got to work or sleep and leave the washer running. Because it’s not enough the people who have delivered the equipment left behind the stove, and Lowe’s charge $50 to pick old equipments.
So, I wish I can write better reviews but I will not trust them anymore. Even the manager wasn’t able to help me to get my $250 refund for a warranty that they removed from my purchase but I still haven’t heard anything from my refund.
I wish I can get it back after 1 year waiting.

Very poor customer service. I had an item that was damaged in the box, ended up wasting time, mileage on my car, and my patience to deal with rude and incompetent employees, for nothing.
I gave this store an extra star because it's well stocked, the prices are typically good, and this is the first time I've ever had any issues there. There's not much else to say, it's just another mega-corporation that doesn't care about customers.

Ordered a rug for our living room. Identified a bad seam at install. Contractor made 2 repair attempts to repair and it was still clearly visable. All follow up calls we were given run around. Went into Lowe’s Store and spoke w dept manager about it on a Saturday and were promised follow up by Monday. Nothing……. Poor cust service and failure to deliver quality products!

This is the worst place . I am still waiting for a refund . I bought a gas stove that leaked gas . Lowes replaced it but charged me for both stoves . It has been 6 month and nothing .

Ok where do I even begin
We attempted to purchase a new ride along mower almost a month ago at this point
Our lawnmower broke down mid mowing. My husband went to the location purchased a mower they gave us six months no interest for just under $1800. I told him to go back because they were promotional plans for anything over $2000 so he can now get a bag to be included with the right along mower, he goes back. He gets the lawn mower with the bag they set up a delivery date. They never showed they never called. They never texted emailed Be coming my husband had to call the store numerous times got nowhere, so had to go to the physical location on more than three different occasions to keep checking on Our order, so today was our fourth delivery date They did deliver a ride along when my husband went to go get a tip for drivers they left the mower and took off but this mower, however, looks like it was used and returned
there is dirt all over it, and shockingly Gasoline in the tank
Which I thought was illegal to ship like that
We have videos as well
So there is no denying it either
we now have to wait another week for them to come back and pick it up. Every aspect of that store is a joke the store manager, the customer service reps the delivery department no one there knows anything about placing an order. Now I have to wait till to get all my money And we have to hire someone to cut our lawn If I could go lower
I would would love to hear how the store manager is going to help this situation

We arrived late on Thursday night to purchase 4 large carts of flowers for a job. Liza at the customer service desk was phenomenal! She was kind, patient, helped us check out so we didn’t have to walk all 4 carts down to the other end of the store and even went as far as to help us out to our truck. It was a wonderful experience and her customer service was exceptional!

On my visit Jennifer from curtains was absolutely amazing. Sam and Jason from flooring were simply impressive. They answered questions efficiently. I was amazed at how quickly appointments were set up. Cannot rave about them enough.
