No matter how many times I go there the same people treat me so disrespectful, especially when I go up the drive through I'm the first one there to take a small amt of money they make me wait up to 15 minutes, as I'm there a car pulls up with in 5 min there in an out , I give so much respect n for some reason they make me wait n wait, I'm so frustrated with them I've been with them for a few yrs, why can't the tellers give the same respect back, in the future I will be changing banks I'm so tired of being treated so badly

My wife opened account about a month ago. She presented followed documents: passport, social security card, work authorization card, driver license permit. Her account was recently closed because of not presenting the documents. I was presented when she open account and she did presented all valid documents (otherwise bank will not open account, we couldn't put the money and they will not sent her a debit card)1. Branch manager made a mistake - didn't copy (or lost the copy) of all presented documents.2. Branch manager never contact my wife regarding the issue.3. Branch manager associate did everything fora. Indicate the branch manager mistake.b. Do not do anything to help customers (we personally spoke with her in the office).Conclusion: I understand that the branch manager is new in the branch (and possible in the role), but her associate (who looks like works there a long time) should cover her boss and help customers, but not ... you know. Its smells fishy.

Went in to get some change, and had a really quick and easy experience (unlike the Wells Fargo across the street). Can't speak for any other services or employees, however.
