I'd go back in a heartbeat! Craig and his staff were super kind and had me in and out in no time. They had the tires that I needed in stock and the price was great! The attitude of the staff and the guys in the garage were what sold me. I'll definitely return there for service and tires from now on!

Kost provides a printout of the before & after for wheel alignments (JohnBean aligner).
Went in for a scheduled wheel alignment. After doing an initial analysis, they said my rear wheels couldn't be adjusted, nor the camber or caster on my front wheels due to how the components were designed by the manufacturer. However most values were within spec.
Matt was helpful in explaining the situation and answering my questions. The car does drive a little smoother after the toe adjustment. Overall a fair value.

Needed some unexpected repairs - Craig was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly! Everyone was wonderful and thank you again to the gentleman that drove me back to work - I appreciate it!!!

Customer service was excellent. I ordered 4 tires and left the wheels. Tires were ready for pick up in 2 days. Transaction couldn't have been smoother.

Excellent customer service. I arrived early for my appointment but was able to get in immediately. Prices were what was discussed. They noticed a torn wiper blade and took care of it. Great personal service. They were concerned about me! Thank you Rich Ganser! Outstanding job! I will be back for future service needs!

Definitely a place to go when you need help with your car. It was a Friday afternoon and I had a leaking tire and no way to fill it up and the kost team took great care of me. I'm extremely grateful to you guys for fixing my tire.

Excellent prompt service! My car had to be towed to Kost on a Saturday afternoon and they had it ready for pickup on Monday morning. They care about what they do ? When my car needs service in the future, I will be taking the car back to Kost!
