My Highlander had a bad toyota battery so I called Koch 33 they said that I still have warranty on the battery since it's been replaced 5 years ago by them (also on battery it says warranty 84 months) so schedule the date to stop by to replace it.Got in to service and they tell me that it's only covered 25% of the new battery and will cost me after 25% drop price $193, That is a SCAM not a warranty. John Lehr assistan service adviser did explain how there warranty is, I tried to speak to Kaitlyn Kinney Manager service she barely wanted talk to me she said that's the policy and you can more then welcome to take your car elsewhere and walked away ...... I didn't finish talking to her.I didn't expect this from Manager she cared less about losing customers.It sad being Toyota fan and treated this way.Toyota if you keep up in this direction of service and warranty scams, soon people will start going to your competitors.

I bought my second Toyota from Koch. Fairly new dealership, immaculate and made very welcome by the friendliness of the entire staff. Kudos for Koch for training everyone so well. The salesperson that took care of my purchase was Jordan Stewart, she was wonderful, very lady.

This was my first purchase at Koch Toyota, and my experience was completely positive. Henry was my sales contact, and he did a great job at making us feel comfortable during the whole process. Everyone was super friendly and they made sure we were being attended to. Great car, great event at a great price!! Totally recommend Koch in Easton to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This is where I bought my vehicle the salesman are great and so is the service department very kind and considerate of your vehicle I recommend all my friends to come here to buy a car that is if you like Toyota they have Fords as well but I drive a Toyota

Awesome team...Adam and Blake worker magic for me, walked in around 6pm and walked out around 9pm with my choice car. Citibank was the l**** of the day. Anyways...go to Koch33auto if you are in the neighborhood. They'll take care of you.
