My transmission went in my 2020 Mazda3 premium at 27.7k miles. Must have been a lemon from the start because the new transmission drives great. Great communication with service advisor.

Gave them a try, but no good. Since Mr. Young sold the business and Tony no longer works there, it's complete garbage. Greedy techniques implemented to get money from customers. Imagine if we could still tar and feather?

After speaking with Mazda fiancé about buying out my lease I was sent to Koch33 Mazda and was told they could help me with my buyout and financing, Koch Mazda they told me they had to "appraise" my car first, ( not sure why?, I wasn't selling it.) then they tried to get me to buy another Mazda. My lease buyout was under 14k but the numbers they quoted where almost 600 a month! No thank you. But then they told me to buy out my 14k car I had to buy a $3,500 service contract and another $1,000 in "fees" so my buy out per month was over $500 per month! All I wanted was a buyout loan nothing more nothing less. This place wasted almost 3 hrs of my time. I finally walked out. I would stay very clear of buying anything from this place. This place was much better when it was owned by Young. Now that Koch owns it they are thieves!!! Stay far away!!!!

I am always kindly greeted by the staff. They address my needs in a timely manner. I can wait for my vehicle in a clean and comfortable waiting area. When I’m not able to wait, I’m safely transported home by a nice driver. I like this place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly professional check in with a clear explanation of what would take place. Inspection and maintenance was performed in a timely manner. During the process I was sent a brief video of what was taking place. After the actual work was completed, my car was given a wash and looks great. I brought my CX5 in for annual inspection, end of December between Christmas and New Years. The business was busy and due to the time of year was short-staffed. Regardless, everyone in the service area was friendly and helpful even under challenging circumstances. My wait was short and they performed all of the inspections/ service I gave permission for. I love the email communication and the video inspection, which I assume is an industry-wide standard. If not, bravo to Mazda.I did not have the suggested rear differential oil replacement performed. I need to understand that service better. Regardless, I don’t think it is necessary after just 30,000 miles. My opinion. Otherwise I am very happy with my first experience with this service department.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
