Used Subaru Outback purchased from Koch 33 Ford had several issues within the first year right and left cv Joint and left wheel bearing all were covered under additional warranty that I purchased with the car and were promptly fixed minus the deductible and diagnostic fee .Thank you for being so professional

Fast repair service, ease of appointment was fine. I made a simple request while paying a $162 to replace a tire valve.. Please inflate all 4 tires to specification of 36 lbs. The tire pressures were 40, 34, 38 and 37. Before I left, I asked the Manager, why it wasnt done. He responded, the tire pressure increases after a long drive. The car sat for well over an hour! Well, not my 1st or 2nd disappointment here. Should I even have to ask to ensure proper inflation if they pulled and deflated a tire to replace the valve?

They picked up my truck which randomly threw a CEL, performed the work under warranty and dropped it back off in my driveway 2 days later. I was updated throughout the process via text which made it easy for me to communicate with them.
