My Tax Professional I had was Gosia Lindfeldt she was absolutely AMAZING!! She did the above and beyond for me and even helped me with my taxes from 2022 that were never filed! She was just out right very kind and very helpful and all that she could do for me witch I greatly appetciate!! ?

Kay was very professional and courteous while completing my taxes. However made an appointment on line got there and I was the only customer in waiting room. Two walk ins came after me and was taken before me. I did not schedule with anyone particular. So I think that needs to change

Friendly and competent. Done in a timely manner but I think it was a tad pricey for a relatively easy return. But I don't expect anyone to work for cheap.
