Green Acres is the best place around to buy fuel oil. Between their prices and customer service. They can’t be beat!

I'm a long-term Green Acres (GA) customer. At 1 time I was an auto fill fuel customer but that didn't last very long since I used less fuel oil than their AI programs estimated. So. I became a will call/as needed customer and GA simply added a few cents to their auto fill price. Well, today, in our current high price and sock it to everybody you can environment, someone at GA decided faithful long-term customers mean nothing, and as usual, the almighty buck means a while more, So, get-em while you can boys! So instead of the few cents over advertised auto fill price I had usually been charged, this time I was charged $.12 over the advertised auto fill price per gallon, even after I explained my previous many years of experience with GA. It really pays to be a good customer. Fidelity - to thyself be true.

Great service. Excellent communication. Quality of product was just what we wanted. They did miss adding shutters on our shed; however, it actually worked out for the better. They quickly deducted that amount from the balance we owed at time of delivery. Highly impressed. Would def buy again.,

I used to be a regular customer since 2020, just give a call or order online and they deliver in 2 or 3 days. It was all ok. To prevent the hassle I signed up for automatic delivery in 2022.I used to be a automatic delivery customer for about 3 or 4 refills since 2021 November. Intrestingly Every time they make automatic delivery the prices are higher than competitors. After speaking with them about price matching, the customer care said they don't price match for automatic deliveries. On average I might have lost 20$ to 40$ because of automatic delivery. They deliver when the price is highest. So I canceled automatic deliveries.1 week later on 03.12.2022 I needed heating oil, On their website they say they perform price match. So I called Greenacres (4.34 per gallon) and provided the website link to smartTouchEnergy.com(4.119 per gallon). the customer care right out denied price matching with smart touch energy and said something about I don't know why but we don't.I don't think I can trust this provide anymore.

Jake and Z were both great. They were able to expertly guide the shed into a tight spot and had done so very efficiently.

I love their furniture. It holds up in all weather conditions. I don't like their customer service. I ordered over $6,000 in furniture for my son. Some were on backorder. After paying the delivery fee which is supposed to be for the entire order, he was told he had to pick up the rest, which means many car trips. I would give them 5 stars but take off a star for this inconvenience.

We have been going back and forth with Green Acres to finalize a double garage build and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Our contractor who is going to finish the inside for us at a later date had some new recommendations to add to their standard offerings and they worked with us to ensure they were included.

Called your company for help with my have the front receptionist was very rude. Heard good things about the company, but if you have someone like that answering your phone, you won’t get much business.

I called for Maintenence service and made an appointment. The tech showed up, was in the basement for a few minutes, and left without a word. I called and asked what happened. The woman said she would have the service manager call me back. He did. He said that the tech claimed that my son said the boiler wasn't working, and that would require a service call rather than simple maintenance. He also said that the tech mentioned a tray under the burner that had oil in it. I explained the tray, and he understood that it wasn't a leak. I said that I would reschedule. Now, here's the problem..... If they can't do maintenance because my son said it wasn't working(my son denies this), why did he go down into the basement? Once down in the basement, didn't the tech notice that the boiler was up to temperature and was at working pressure? Both of those gauges are clearly visible. But still, I called to reschedule and left a message. Before I got a call back to reschedule, the service manager calls me back and says that his tech didn't like my basement, and suggested that I straighten it up a bit!!! My house is 250 years old. The basement is not a great place. It has low ceilings, and is not exactly where I would consider putting a play room, but the floor is concrete, the furnace is very accessible, and there is plenty of room to work on it. No one has ever complained before, but I guess Green Acres is special. Needless to say, I will get someone else less sensitive to do maintenence on my oil burner. I don't need the drama.
