“I loved my sessions with Rebecca because she responds to your specific needs. She has a lot of deep knowledge and makes you feel at ease regardless of your skill level. She adequately challenges you, makes working out enjoyable, and overall motivates you to exercise. Furthermore, she pays a lot of attention to your movement during each specific exercise to avoid unpleasant injuries or muscle contraction that may lead you to stop working out for days. Staff knows their members by name, good community feel. Clean and well run. Equipment is kept in good condition.

Omg!! I love this gym. Astomsphere is great. Staff were wonderful. Owners are marvelous people and they give new members a 20 dollar gas card. I love the gym equipments and everyone is so nice and helpful. For 10 dollars a month. I am a happy gym goer. Yayyyy 5 ? ? ⭐️ ? ?...

Clean venue, I have yet to see anyone in the morning not use the sanitation supplies after using equipment. Everyone is respectful of personal space. Locker room is safe and clean. Highly recommend.

This is one of the main places I've frequently have been going to since COVID and I am glad it is. This gym has very friendly associates, the manager is extremely nice and helpful also. It is a very clean place to go and workout. Highly recommend.

Be very careful! Being charged $30 for a mistake that was made by front desk. Spoke with Jack Smith(?) the owner who accused me of lying., .. initially Jack made a comment that I 'sounded nice' so he would'compromise' on the charge'.....Jack stated 'your story doesn't add up..' when I tried to explain that I made a phone call regarding payment and spoke with a young man. Jack was extremely rude. When I told him I was not treated in a professional manner at the front desk because I was an older woman, Jack discounted what happened. When I was at the desk as young muscular men came in I was ignored ...his response was 'I highly doubt that...'. He never permitted me to talk, and he hung up on me....I also wanted to explain that the past months have been extremely stressful due to illness in family... Jack told me mostly women run front desk... so he highly doubts that I spoke to a man .... yet when I called back a young man answered phone . He made made it clear he doesn't need my business because he has over 4000 clients a month .....and he stated you pay whether you use facility or not.....Jack stated all transactions are recorded. I was never told I was being recorded....

It's a great gym with a friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices for cardio and strength training. The place is always clean and well maintained. There are also tanning beds available and a smoothie bar. Memberships are very reasonably priced.

This gym offers a lot of equipment & a very clean environment for a $10-20/month gym.
