They care, follow through, and took extra step to assure I got my printed products on time! They helped me by walking me through the website making sure I picked the right template to purchase the print. They worked together to kept me posted by calling me every step of the way for my order! Definitely be using there printing services again.

I had to ship back my company laptop after getting laid off, and I had a tough time figuring out which FedEx had pack and ship capabilities, so I was having a rough day. Thalia helped me and was so so nice and friendly it really helped me a feel a lot better! It was super quick and easy as well. I don’t normally review but this person literally made my day so much better.

Be careful when dropping off Amazon returns here. I dropped off a item to be returned. Got a receipt. Now it’s nearly a month later and I got an email from Amazon saying that they will be charging me for that item if they don’t receive it soon. Of course I lost the receipt by now, so I have no proof that I returned it. This never happened to me at Kohl’s or any other return center. Not going back to this office and I’m out $50.

This FedEx has an exceptional staff. They're highly professional, incredibly helpful, and always cheerful. Their friendliness is a breath of fresh air. Impressive service!
