This place deserves the negative reviews. I had a package with a prepaid label and I needed a receipt. As another reviewer mentioned, the guy says "no", and sure enough, he said no to giving me a receipt which was required by the recipient of the package. I went out of my way to personally drop off the package to get a receipt and a FedEx drop off place won't give me a receipt!! FedEx needs to vet their affiliates. FedEx makes it hard enough to send a package because there are so few places to do so. And to do business with a place that won't provide a receipt makes it even more difficult! Awful service!

These guys can't deliver a package to the right address if their lives depended on it. Want to call to complain? Good luck getting a human. And if you do, good luck if they speak the same language.

Save the gas and go to the Fex Ex shop inside WalMart in Easton. Dude at 1800 Sullivan loves to say "no, can't help you"!
