had a car stuck on a retaining wall. called and driver was here within 15 minutes. price to remove from a 5 foot wall with vehicle halfway falling to another lot was extremely reasonable. definitely will use over and over again

Jacknifed and flipped my chipper upside down - don't ask! - and Fast Lane got her upright and back on the road in no time. Without their technical skillset, we would have been stuck there for hours and would have had significant further damage. This tow company gotta be the most rude and money hungry there is in the valley. I could let slide the rude remarks I got when picking up my car. Even though man didn't need to be there to begin with. But what is seriously an issue Is that when picking up the car, my battery was drained, wires for my stereo were nearly completely pulled. Which it was not like at all before dropping it off. To make matters worse, there's no apology for doing such a thing to my car and letting my gas tick down as well. After I mentioned my genuine problem, the man just said "nah its the key fob, gotta replace it" like mf, no. The car is barely a few months old, and I just pulled it out of the shop, the day before to fix it for inspection and have NEVER had an issue with my car just not starting. I know the issue was my car being left on for too long because my stereo won't work properly if the battery is low. How do I know? Because I set up the wiring myself, and know exactly what would cause my car to do what when it comes to my interior systems. Because of them doing that, my check engine light is on, and couldn't have left more disappointed in a unnecessary service in my life. I'll be damned If someone touches my car, doesn't apology for issues they caused, and try and pass it off as another issue when it's MY CAR, and I'm know exactly what was like down to the last spec before leaving it anywhere.

Fast Lane towing did a great job for me removing a car that sat for probably too long at the property, the tire was locked up and drug through the grass. The driver cleaned up everything without hesitation and without me asking. Extremely professional, on time, and very great service. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future! Only company to tow me off interstate. Refused to allow me to pickup my trailer after hour so they could charge extra day storage. Fast and friendly otherwise!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Had a truck break down and the Freightliner dealer suggested these clowns. Wouldn't let our driver ride in their truck back to the dealership with his broke down truck. They made our driver ride in the cab of his truck that was being towed. DO NOT USE unless you want to be stuck on the side of the road because they still think Covid is going to get themService: Special vehicle towing
