This store is an absolute , ,disorganized, RUDE, expired, bad managment ran Hot azz mess! Please be sure to check the expiration dates on food items as most of the time things are expired. Also the store always stinks and the lady manager is not very pleasant to customers. The store is ran so poorely. Whats keeping It open is the convenience of where its located. Some of the employees are not welcoming...They should be acknowledging each customer with a warm, friendly, professional greeting. Not staring at us like We annoy them and that They wanna fight. Please believe me when i say dont underestimate the power of Respect I'm born and raised in Newark and i know how far you can get with. It. Surely it goes a very long way and is necessary when conducting business with the public because NOT everyone is going to tolerate being mistreated and you never know someones state of mind. We are living in such perilous times folks, are going through So much. Please be courteous, be kind and gracious to everyone that comes through those doors.conducting yourselves in a professional manner to all you encounter . Respect yourselves and most importantly respect others. if thats not something you are capable of doing than you probably should work some place else because you are putting your safety and the safety of those who frequent this place on the line. The store does not have any security and Our ultimate goal should always be to make it back home to our loved ones. Conduct yourselves ACCORDINGLY and managment should understand the risk thats being taken when the employees are nasty to the customers. She's either ignorant to the fact or just flat out doesnt care about the well being of her employees and all who shops there. In either case They need new managment. I often find myself avoiding these stores more and more because of the issues expressed but also theres NOTHIN " bargain" about them. They are often more pricey than our grocers anyway.

Was shopping there & there were 2 registers..why was the line from the register to the back & whoever was next goes to the 1st register..why weren't there a seperate lines for the cashiers..not one whole line ..stupid..& then some ignorant I wouldn't call her a lady..but got mouthy & had to put her 2 cents in abt my mistake...the people r so rude in tht store...& disrespectful ..& tht will never change.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.THE HELP AND SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE DIRT VERY RUDE AND OBSCENE THEY HAVE A OLD HAG THATS VERY IGNORANT AND MOUTHY THE WORST HELP I EVER SEEN IN A DOLLAR STORE…stay away from this one on butler street in Easton….. we will not be going in there again.obviously bad hiring managers

You want to change your store hours fine. Change them online and get employees that are less rude about it. I showed up at 902pm an hour before your supposed closing. Very unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if allowed. My 15 year old daughter came in here for a visa gift card but was given a debit card that you have to be 18 to use and won't return her money even though they gave her the wrong card.

Here we go again, visit after visit. And, the customer service doesnt change from upper management on down. Wasn't greeted not once, facial expression showed disgust from the time I walked in the door to checking out behind 2 other customers ahead of me. I get it we all have bad days but you still have a job to do. And, it is expected of you to give 100% in customer serivice. If you dont like your job or need a personal day take it we all need one once in a while. But every time im in this place spending my hard earn money. I am greeted with the most nastiest disgusting most unprofessional customer service and from the manager at that. (Debb!e) Do better
