Hello. Here a recap. I came from Florida and somebody hit my car at the next day. The insurance didn’t pay and it’s a long story. I was desperate looking for places to repair my car, all of them had a waitlist to check the vehicle first. Then I found this company and I’m grateful for everything they did for me. They checked the vehicle, I brought it the next day and 1 week later my car was fixed. Mr. Ali, the manager, thank you for your help and your kindness. I ended up staying here in PA and if I would ever need something for my car for sure I will come here. Thank you so very much.

I was having such bad luck with my car and ended up getting a few scratches on the door a week after getting it. I brought it here and received a great price and an amazing job. Bruce was very friendly and I’m glad i decided to come here. Hopefully I won’t get any more paint damage but if I do I wont hesitate to come again.

Our E350 van blew a transmission cooler line on PA Turnpike. Martin got it towed in immediately and Dave and Sandy had us on the road the next afternoon to get back to -NY. Scary situation for two woman traveling alone. Great customer service would highly recommend!!! Thank you so much! ❤️

My car broke down in Easton. I called AAA and they dispatched Easton Auto Body. They were responsive and very kind. It was the day before Thanksgiving and it was 6pm. They were so reliable and the whole process was quick and very easy. They towed my car to my dealer in NJ (40 mins away) without issue. I met the driver in NJ to make sure they got to the dealer. He was so friendly and I was so appreciative. I'd definitely use them for towing again. I can't thank them enough. I was in a predicament and was upset that our trip to spend the holiday with family didn't work out, but there was no hassle regarding the towing, which made life easier.

I've used Swamps a couple of times with no issues before, but then I had to have my jeeps transmission replaced by insurance, and I paid their labor. When everything was complete, I was told that the transmission was quarantined for life, and I asked if their work was quarantine, I was told, if there were any problems to brings it back. Well me jeep started to leak transmission fluid all over my driveway, so I brought it back to them, but Brian wanted to argue with me that it was a oil leak. He even went so far as to show me a paper towel with oil and transmission fluid on it. Not only was this insulting, but this was bad business in my opinion. Swamps was arguing the fact that my transmission was leaking transmission fluid, backing out on their promise to fix anything if something went wrong, and then insults customers intelligence by trying to show them the difference of transmission fluid and motor oil. The kicker to all this is that I had my jeep at a different mechanics shop for an entirely different reason. But he is honest and brought to my attention that my transmission was leaking, and that I should get that looked at right away. I would never recommend anyone to use Swamps do to their not keeping their word. There are better more honest mechanics in the UBE area that will fix your vehicle right, the first time.

Did horrible work.. had the back bumper on my vehicle replaced after a rear end collision.. had to complain to my insurance company and take the car elsewhere to have it repaired correctly. Paint didn't match, put the wrong exhaust on the one side and it didn't match the other side.. also check engine light came on after the accident and they charged me 100 to diagnose it and claim it wasn't caused by the accident.. horrible! Do not go here!
