The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Always great service!! Especially with my anxiety ridden dog.

Dr. Craig is the kindest most wonderful vet I’ve ever encountered. For the last few weeks, my poor dog was starting to show signs of pain and discomfort. I never felt rushed during my appointments and she sat with me answering all of my questions and offered recommendations. She did all she could to try and help him. Unfortunately, he was too far gone and we had to make the most difficult decision to let him go so that he was no longer suffering. I just received a hand written card from Dr. Craig with the most beautiful message that had me in tears. Included in the card were seeds for forget me nots. Knowing how busy she is, I’m beyond touched that she took the time to write a personal note to us. I appreciate all that she did for us. We also have seen Dr. Titcher for our cat and she is equally as wonderful. Thank you both for caring for our animals as much as we do.

Got me in for a Same day appointment when I was having an issue with my fur baby. The staff was very attentive and follow up call from the Dr. with Results. They stayed on the ball with their care and information regarding my problem. Thankful for the help!

First time pet owner here and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. They took awesome care of my 3 month old Pembroke Corgi and I feel good about returning again for his next puppy check up. Very informative as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend ?!

I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. From the receptionists to the vet techs and veterinarians, every single person we’ve met here has been so kind and caring. I’ve never had an issue getting through when I’ve called. They have always addressed any concerns, and I’ve been able to get same day appointments in emergencies. When we started going to the practice, I had an older mastiff mix that was an angel and wouldn’t flinch with blood draws or vaccines. Dr. Titcher and staff sent us a hand written card to offer condolences when she passed, which was so kind and thoughtful. We also have a younger corgi that is “spicy” as they say, and will try to bite when examined. They bring her to the back at times to examine her and administer vaccines because she’s slightly better behaved away from me, even though I know she still gives them a hard time. It’s that’s simple, it’s not to be cruel or to punish your dog. We’ve also seen Dr. John and Dr. Craig and I really can’t say enough great things about them as well. We also moved, and still drive 40 minutes to come here because they are the best!!

I had to wait a bit longer than my scheduled appointment time, but I understand that emergencies can sometimes cause delays. The front desk staff was very polite and apologized for the wait. My only complaint is the constant country music playing on repeat—I'd honestly prefer elevator music over it. Everytime I bring my pets is the same music over and over! Despite that, the front desk team, techs, and vet were all wonderful, my only suggestion would be to change the music.

There's plenty of vets in the area, use one that actually picks up the phone.
Its actually impossible to get in contact with them, always a busy signal.
It's 2024, it's so easy(and cheap) to get a phone waiting system. Or if they're too afraid to speak with someone, they could add a chatbox on their website, online booking system, email address - anything.
The work they do is fine, but expensive. They could be the greatest vet in the world, it's not worth the headache of using them if you can't schedule an appointment, cancel an appointment, call about a prescription.

Last night my husband & I had an appointment for our 18 year old male cat Binx. It was for 7:00, walked in the waiting room, no customers in there. So we sat down & started to wait. 7:30 came around, 7:45. I asked at 7:30 would we be seen soon, receptionist replied a few minutes, had an emergency. That was fine, as they took us in on 2 emergencies in the past. As it got closer to 8:00, we got up to leave, someone commented another emergency came in, would be another 15-20 minutes. We have no problem waiting, we understood the emergencies, what we had a problem with was we sat there and no one told us about what was taking so long. Until I had to get up & ask. The receptionist just sat there not saying a word.
