Even with the increase in population around Easton, I believe that CVS on Northampton St/ 15th St is doing an amazing job. My Prescription was ready very quickly, when I pucked them up, the tech. Was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, smiled, and was happy to assist.
Along qith the pharmacist, who took the time to come and speak to me about my prescription.

Consider switching this pharmacy has gone down hill they used to be good nah not no more straight trash always filling the wrong prescription always some sorta issue & the attitudes they really need an adjustment with that not worth it

This is by far the worst pharmacy i have ever used. If i could give 0 stars i would. Letting customers sit in your drive through for 20 minutes without even letting them know that you will be with them shortly is just unprofessional and ridiculous. it takes two seconds to tell a customer- hey we need a few minutes. I will be switching pharmacies because this is pathetic. my job is also terribly understaffed yet we always acknowledge our clients and let them know we will be with them as soon as possible and are always apologetic for the wait time. The workers at this cvs just don’t care. i’m so disappointed with the service here

I love cvs. I am very satisfied with the team. They are always helpful and they always great me when I walk in. I would like to see more coupons on my app. I think they are great but could be better.

Don't go through drive thru. It's"hit or miss" sat there pressing call button with no one even letting me know it's closed. Letting me sit there for 20 minutes. I go inside and not even an apology. I guess a curtain is supposed to be telling enough? Bull. Changing all our prescriptions elsewhere.

I am new to this city and I had a hard time looking for a pharmacy for my son with type 1 diabetes. When I arrived at CVS I felt confident because they always had his medications on time.

I arrived to pick up my prescription. To find out that they didn’t have my medicine. They had to order it. They were too busy to call another cvs to find out if they had my medicine .
