What’s the point of a drive-thru if it’s never open?? Just to come inside and now wait in line for 20 mins for medicine. Do better cvs. Also customer service is trash. Not a single friendly person in the pharmacy area.

The pharmacy and in particular the doctor pharmacist himself is not someone who should be in a retail location with customers. He's rood, short-tempered and couldn't care less about customers. We get our scripts her for convenience. I've been here dozens of times and he's never been anything but annoyed and short with people - including the pharmacy staff.

Pharmacy is a mess. Complete lack of customer service and disregard for patient care. Avoid this location at all costs.

Front store is fine, pharmacy is to be avoided. On multiple occasions I've had a prescription sent here, arrived to pick it up, been told it would be 10 mins, then had to wait for 30 mins, or more. It's best to avoid this pharmacy for new prescriptions.

Pick up and instantly hang up phone to avoid helping customers. Unhelpful and slow to fill prescriptions

Every time I go to the drive thru, it's closed. I got there at 5:30pm...FIVE THIRTY...and I see a handwritten sign that says the drive thru is closed. Well, the new pharmacy hours at the drive thru window say that it closes at 8:00pm. Seriously, what's the point then? And don't get me wrong, I really like the staff there. They're always nice and always polite...but COME ON ALREADY. ?

I've been to the Freemansburg Ave location. They are very accommodating. The pharmacist and staff went out of their way to help me and actually alerted me that some of my meds have discounts through a free discount card. I also have AARP which I looked into after my last visit. They accept that RX savings card. I wish I had asked earlier I saved 3/4 price off of my prescription with that alone which is a big savings. The store itself is well stocked and the photo shop does a nice job printing calendars and pictures.

I’ve had issues at this location, and thought it was just me till I read the reviews. The pharmacy drive through is closed the majority of the time and the pharmacy staff can be tough to work with. I noticed a few people switched to Shoprite pharmacy and Ill be doing the same.

If I could give this place -0 scores, I would. Unfortunately my insurance changed pharmacies 1/22 and we came to CVS. There is always an issue from medication being out of stock and having to drive to another CVS 15 minutes away to get it (they don't deliver). Today, another issue with this CVS. My opthamologist calls in eye drops and I go to CVS almost 90 minutes later at 1:25 to pick it up only to find they have yet to look at it and am informed that the pharmacy closes 1:30-2p for lunch (which is so ridiculous to begin with). My husband goes back at 3p and now they can't find my insurance which I have no clue how that happens when my insurance hasn't changed and I had meds filled in September there. Finally they were able to put it through. I won't return to CVS after this. I thought the Easton Avenue location was bad (when I was filling a neighbors scripts there and then moved him to Shoprite) but this location is even worse. So hard to believe this is a big chain pharmacy. Horrible service

This has been my pharmacy for 9yrs. And sadly the employees are ruining it for everyone. They are rude!! Nasty and very disrespectful. Just this evening the front check out woman was extremely rude to an elderly lady trying to use the self checkout. Completely uncalled for. I know finding help is hard these days. But come on! There’s a few nasty ones at the pharmacy also!! If you can’t find decent help. At least train them to be kind. Always!

I am in total agreement regarding the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of the pharmacy. There is one person in particular that goes out of her way to be condescending. I believe we all know who it is. For the most part the cashiers and manager of the store are wonderful along with the pharmacist and the other staff in pharmacy. The girl I am speaking about should not be representing CVS. My suggestion is to immediately contact the CVS corporate office and file a complaint. If enough people advise them of her behavior I'm sure they will train her on how to respect customers and keep and eye on her or get rid of her. As far as the drive up I have already stood in line, saw a car pulling up and watched her roll down the blind in the window so the person had to come in. I was told it was because they were short staffed, but there were 5 people behind the counter and only one other person and myself in line. Please contact Corporate. Hopefully we can see a positive change.

DON'T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS SENT HERE! They are extremely slow, they close the drive thru, the line is always waaaay longer than it should be amd they close the pharmacy early. This is possibly the worst choice in pharmacies in the history of our country.
