Non-existent customer service.Pharmacy support individuals ( one that was “helping” me, lady of Asian origin) was displaying attitude and kept on rolling her eyes on my questions and attempts to clarify questions and provide clear and concise explanation why my medication was not filled after multiple attempts and visits. She was rude and loud in responding to my inquiry, pharmacist who was witnessing the situation did not get involved and was not attempting to get involved to resolve and “diffuse” the issue. After forwarding inquiry to my insurance it came down to the issue if them still not having medication in stock after multiple approvals and requests for it to be filled. Not an acceptable level of customer service and unwilling to resolve the whole team there displayed lack of training, compassion and comprehension of the situation. Worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced in my lifetime.

Seller Yulia was very polite and attempted to help me but was unable to. She called the manager, who didn't even try to understand the situation. Instead, he told to contact online support to find out why their CVS system wasn't working. This is ridiculous; he didn't make any effort to understand the issue.

I had given this CVS a 1 star in the past. Everyone has bad days. They have helped my family and I out more times then I can count. They deserve a much better rating. I'm a store manager myself and have had bad days myself. I appreciate what you all do, pharmacy and management.Thank you!

Saw pharmacist sitting and working but says we are closed had to pick up medication for my 1 year old on their google page it says 9pm & refused me it would have taken him less than minute definitely changing my pharmacy would be something if no one there but hes sitting right there making orders shame on you guys

What’s the point of a drive-thru if it’s never open?? Just to come inside and now wait in line for 20 mins for medicine. Do better cvs. Also customer service is trash. Not a single friendly person in the pharmacy area.

The pharmacy and in particular the doctor pharmacist himself is not someone who should be in a retail location with customers. He's rood, short-tempered and couldn't care less about customers. We get our scripts her for convenience. I've been here dozens of times and he's never been anything but annoyed and short with people - including the pharmacy staff.

Front store is fine, pharmacy is to be avoided.On multiple occasions I've had a prescription sent here, arrived to pick it up, been told it would be 10 mins, then had to wait for 30 mins, or more.It's best to avoid this pharmacy for new prescriptions.

Every time I go to the drive thru, it's closed. I got there at 5:30pm...FIVE THIRTY...and I see a handwritten sign that says the drive thru is closed. Well, the new pharmacy hours at the drive thru window say that it closes at 8:00pm. Seriously, what's the point then? And don't get me wrong, I really like the staff there. They're always nice and always polite...but COME ON ALREADY. ?
