“I rarely review anything, but these guys are wonderful. I called in a panic over my work computer having major issues and immediately got an appointment. They were calm and patient and looked over my computer for an hour before I ultimately had to make the decision to buy a new one. They didn’t charge me for that hour even knowing that I would be purchasing a new computer at the Apple Store instead of through them (only because they didn’t have the computer I needed in stock). They were honest with what I would have needed to spend for repairs and I didn’t feel gouged for money. To make matters better, during that dreadful hour of running diagnostics, their two dogs, Plum and Jazz, kept me company and likely prevented me from having a meltdown. I recommend and I will go back if I have any other technology issues.”
