Warning!!!!!!! Wanting!!!!About three weeks ago I brought my phone in for a repair to get the battery replaced. Upon picking my phone up the guy handed it back to me with the top of the phone still open. I could literally see from the top of my phone to the inside electronics with the size of the gap that was present. I asked him to repair it he took it in the back came out 10 minutes later and there was still a gap in the top of it. I had to bring my phone back the next day to have the manager repaired again. In order to make it right they sold me a screen for $70 but didn't charge me for labor. Three weeks and having my phone my camera stops working . What the f*** .My phone is worse off than it was before it's still overheating I'm probably gonna have to buy a new one at this point after spending almost $300 to have it repaired at this location. Unbelievable go somewhere else. I knew there was something shady about that place when I realize they sold cigarettes on top of cell phone repair I don't even know if that's illegal still b******** I wish I never came here I wish I would've done my research and went somewhere else

This place is very customer service oriented. I was unsuccessfully attempting to repair my Moto Z2 Force and called the store for help. The associate offered his time and supplies to help me finish the project. The motherboard was shorted so we couldnt make the repair. In turn he decided not to charge. I will go back for future repairs and I certainly recommend them.

I unfortunately dropped my iPhone 7 Plus causing the screen to spider web severely. I researched online for iPhone repairs near me and came across this shop. I called and spoke with James who was able to answer my questions and verify parts were in stock. I arrived and met James and he was friendly. He made the repair within a half hour of arriving and my phone functions properly as it should. I recommend this shop and thank you again James for your customer service.

The worst cell phone repair customer service experience ever. Do not take your phone here for repairs. I paid $65.00 for a battery swap. I brought the phone back explaining my issue. They wanted to charge an additional $55.00 to give me an functional battery. In which should have been done with the first battery change. The battery would not hold a steady charge after 5 weeks of use.
