Listen up world I am super satisfied with my customer service with this shop especially Brent he is the man to go to he is there Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm and he will make sure u leave with everything u need and if not he will try and get it. I bought a gpen elite for 130$ when I got home it didn’t work properly. I went back to the store and there was a guy with a beard. And he refused to give me a refund or help in any kind of way. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Ive been coming to this store out of convience for over a year and i thought i had built a rapport with the staff. I ignored the ridiculious prices and low quality for a long time. However my line was crossed when i walked in with a question and the guy gives a very rude dismissive snort and dosent even look at me. I was shocked. I considered my options. Perhaps I blast this fool? No, ill write a review to let people know. It isnt worth it, theres a bigger cheaper store closer to downtown. I think if your running a dying buisness (amazon much cheaper) customer service is bread and butter, this place has none.
