“Pleased with the outcome. We purchased carpet under the previous owner 8 years ago and within 18 months we had significant buckling. Called them and they sent out someone to restretch it free of charge which lasted about 6 months. Called again and they would only restretch it for a fee. Had it restretched by a private contractor and that only lasted a year. Waited a couple years than contacted design floors which had a new owner. They graciously sent out someone free of charge to restretch it but it buckled again within a few months. I contacted them again and the only option was to contact the manufacturer which they did. They continued this process for me and they were able to get the manufacturer to replace my carpet for free because it was faulty. It was a long process but they were easy to work with and I’m pleased with the results.”
