Steve Parr and Gabrielle Waldenmayer were a pleasure to work with. Steve understands customer service as the GM of the dealership. Gabrielle goes out of her way to communicate and educate.

Took my Kia Soul for service and they are awful. Long appointment time waits, pricey repairs and the run around with issues. Thought a dealer would be better in handling service but better off going to a known mechanic. I would try another Kia dealer for warranty issues as well.
