Service/parts department couldn’t give me a price on a generic is in all the minivans part without my vin number. Google searches for the part elsewhere don’t need a vin number, why does the dealership? I am trying to get service but I have to do all the leg work to get a part price? Not to mention the service guy said “I don’t know how much the part will cost that’s the parts department.” I had to ask him to call over to them to get the price and of course hit a dead end on their “we do parts by vin” bs. (Which I suspect is tied to my calling him out on balking on the legwork) I have brought my last dodge there and was going to bring my Fiat for its needs on top of the minivan but they just lost all my business.
In response to the dealership’s response: it’s the wireless ignition module. A few questions about accessories should be all it takes to get to the right one. Your response is bull and again cost you multiple cars worth of business (including the replacement for said van we will be looking for soon.)

Update:
I received a very considerate call this same day and spoke with phil and he was very understanding and cooperative with my situation and is working towards rectifying my conserns and experience.
I will attempt to make a month-long of issues into a short description. I am a gigantic Dodge consumer all of my business Vehicles as well as personal vehicles are Dodge or Ram. That being said brown dog on hecktown road is the worst Dodge company I have ever experienced I went in to get a transmission replacement and Hailey told me it would take two weeks I then find out after 2 weeks that they gave away the transmission that I needed. Then I find out they did not put my transmission pan back on my truck properly and did put fluid in it, so I spend 130 bucks to put fluid in it and the pan was leaking "I will provide a video" so I take it into the company and speak to a manager after speaking to the manager Phil who was very pleasant even convincing me to leave my truck there yet again. I am told it's going to be an additional two weeks to get my transmission and truck fixed because he found a remanu. They again do not provide any vehicle for customers who are spending thousands of dollars on repairs and I am not under warranty so this is a cash job. Then I wait another 2 weeks so this is now 4 weeks total and they do not have a vehicle for me I was offered a Fiat for a 6'3 260 lb man my wife and my two children who are in car seats Phil tried his best but that is a dealership issue no other dealership in the tri-state area will offer you a lesser vehicle than what you bring in for repairs for a loan vehicle that is a common practice you can ask any gentle manager. Then on Tuesday I am told it will take an additional time and it will be ready on Friday hopefully. I wait again and now it is the end of the day Thursday and they supposedly just pulled the transmission out so in total they lied to me over and over again while I was waiting for my one transmission that they sold to somebody else then told me that they do not make transmissions for that car anymore or have any available not even used. Then I speak to the manager and they have a used transmission but again I have to wait an additional 3 weeks instead of prioritizing who was there first. They are extremely out of sorts and do not know what they're doing and the courteous do not provide lent rental cars the problems with that company I cannot stop to explain I could go on forever I am 100% sure that the reviews on their website is from all of their employees within the building who they have not fired for not putting up a bad complaint. I will never go to that company again nor will I buy another Dodge in my future and I will be changing my entire fleet of company vehicles to Ford I'm hoping this helps someone but a lot of people don't read these things so good luck on your endeavors but run away from this place as fast as you can.

I recently had the pleasure of buying my third car from Brown-Daub Jeep, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.
First off, the professionalism displayed by their team was truly impressive. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in my purchase.
The value I received was exceptional. The pricing was transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees or surprises. It was clear that Brown-Daub is committed to offering great deals and ensuring their customers get the best bang for their buck.
One of the standout aspects of my experience was how much they respected my time. The entire process, from the initial consultation to driving off the lot, was streamlined and efficient. There was no unnecessary waiting or delays, no uh let me check with my manager ploy as they go back to check the score of the current game on tv, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
Lastly, the communication throughout the process was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way, and all my inquiries were responded to promptly. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that values clear and open communication.
Overall, Brown-Daub exceeded my expectations in every way once again. If you're in the market for a new car and want a stress-free, professional experience, this is the place to go!

Our sales person, Scotty, was excellent! We heard that he was the "God of Car Sales" and that's why we came! Scotty was very pleasant, easy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. We walked out with a Rubicon which is not the car we were originally interested in! Scotty worked with us and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Scotty and the Brown Daub team. Linda and UE

Brown-Daub in Easton really took care of me! Kolbe spent the entire day helping me find the ideal vehicle! I came in solo and test drove multiple cars and ended up with an unexpected and perfect fit! Kolbe listened to all my needs and never made me feel pressured, and (for the ladies) never “mansplained” the capabilities of the vehicle (much appreciated respect!). Already recommending Kolbe to friends! He was an experienced expert and a gentleman through and through. When it came to financing, Andy made it possible for me to get into my dream Jeep! They’ve made it easy to trade in and buy pre-owned. It’s been a few weeks with my “new” Jeep and the support continues with getting my permanent plates, etc. Great experience all around. I’ll be sharing this recommendation for a long time!

Avoid the service department. The dealership took their Alfa Romeo franchise out of business and in the process returned customers cars that were waiting for months to be repaired back to the customers still broken - or even with more issues than when it arrived. I found they installed a non-OEM oil filter on my car while charging for OEM parts and managed to not tighten the filter correctly either resulting in a catastrophic oil leak. Furthermore they kept a ratty air filter on a shelf that they routinely used as a prop to scare customers into replacing their air filter.

Brought home my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday all thanks to Kolbe! Shopping for a new car can be super stressful but he made the process so smooth and easy. He was very personable and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted for the right price. If you're looking for a new ride Kolbe is your guy! Thanks again!!!

Scott Geary of Brown-Daub in Easton made my car buying experience an easy and stress-free transaction. Scott didn't push any add-ons that I didn't want and was very knowledgeable about the RAM 1500 I purchased. I highly recommend Scott and Brown-Daub in Easton for your next car buying experience.
