Carlos, Ryan and Luis went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a comfortable car we love to drive. Carlos made sure the experience was relaxed with no pressure, Ryan worked to get us an approval exactly where we needed to be and Luis made sure we were 100% with all of our paperwork. They all made sure we had all of our questions answered and left comfortable with using my new Elantra. We'll definitely be back to upgrade our next vehicle!

Brought my car here first time at this location for recall first let me tell you it’s different when a person calls you to talk to a customer about there appointment etc but when It was the time to bring the car in at the time of the appointment a whole different story, the guy in service Dept I drove my car in and I NEVER SEEN SO MANY EYES staring at me probably because I’m a Minority ( my guess) the advisor I had acted like he had a attitude the girl that sits at the first desk in service dept was giving a dirty look. ( I gave one right back) then while my car was being repaired I asked could the guys throw on my car seat cover to the advisor who was assigned to my car appointment, he stated NO the guys aren’t going to do that ( meaning not put the seat cover on) well I said well I thought to ask while the car was getting the recall done
Then when it was time to go to the desk to sign my receipt the lady said my car all completed with the recalls then there was a guy standby there made a comment ( It looks like you may need a upgrade) I gave a chuckle and took my receipt and left
I will not get no service done at this location NOR the one in Emmaus Ave Hyundai
Both locations are funny acting.
