NO NAME TAG OR NAME ON SALES RECEIPT. Salesman mumbles, low talker, useless overall, and added services without asking. Picked a TV NOT EVEN ON THE FLOOR. Incomplete instructions for delivery, set up, and the ridiculous membership plan as well as no info on a real warranty. The date you are told in the store is NOT the date you're going to get. All toll free help numbers are OUT OF THE COUNTRY. WORSE THAN BUYING A CAR. The TV was installed on the wall as requested but the Geek Squad were useless as well. Provided no info unless asked and difficult to understand with only one of them able to speak. Soundbar was not installed to the TV as requested and PAID for and for $400 the sound is pretty bad. Instead of using the surge protection power strip the old TV came out of, they plugged it in a green power strip used at Christmas. We paid $200 extra for the old tv and $79 for the old sound bar to be moved to the basement and hooked up. Only half of the sound bar system was moved and not hooked up and the TV is not connected to the cable, but this time they found the surge protector power strip, moved its location and left it in the middle of the floor. Now I have to return the sound bar hook up that was not used, probably the sound bar, and ask for a refund for services that did not occur. Also charged $179 which will be charged again in another year to have a Best Buy membership that I want cancelled because I won't even buy a candy bar there. I will update after the return. So, a Manager was able to refund the sound bar installation and hard ware as well as all of the installs for downstairs I did myself. Now, here is a lesson for everyone. It is NOT the Geek Squad that shows up. It is a third party because the Geeks are booked for months. Next TV, I get from Amazon, or I just pick it up from Best Buy.

Just be careful sometimes they overcharge you for stuff you did not want such as the protection plan. Otherwise very nice people

No question about it here, Best buy is truly a great store and it has always been one too. The only thing is this, they need to start bringing back the CDs and more of their dvds in the store. Oh yeah can I forget about the CD players or stereos

Purchased a laptop via phone. After the sales rep took the order I was supposed to speak with the Geek Squad to schedule install for malware & ms office suite. I paid for both but my call was transferred to India, Asia, Panama City & Alabama & I was never connected to the Geeks. After all that I was so frustrated I went to store to pickup my laptop & and to install them myself. When I told the clerk of my experience of traveling the world his response was the stores do not answer the phones because they don't have the time to speak to us. Ironically, when I showed up, he was conversing with another worker, which is why he was not at the customer pickup counter. This is my final Best Buy purchase. I'm done with this company!

Bought a stove on Thursday was scheduled to be delivered Saturday. Received text reschedule until Monday. Rescheduled for Thursday. Then get another message it's the following Thursday. I have been a Best Buy customer, computers, supplies whole house appliances I am so disappointed.

This store Best Buy is horrible!!!!!!! My family purchased me a tablet on 12/17/23 and by 1/17/24 it broke shut off and went completely black and can NOT be turned on or off and doesn't work & they tell me the receipt expired on 1/13/23 and gave me a manufacturer # which is only a voice-mail which is full and you can't leave a message, and no one is helping me at all ! Will call Better Business Bureau!!!!
