“The owner really did a great job. I had an appointment on a Friday but felt my car was not safe for operating. So I had to rent a car. He told me to drop off earlier in week and he would try to look at when he could. He saved me a day worth of car rentals from doing this. I will be doing all my repair work here for now on.”
“I can't believe this little gem is hidden here in Easton in plainview! Walking into the store is like walking back in time to the 1980s. Everybody is friendly and glad to help. Had a starter rebuilt for a Kubota tractor engine and it works perfectly. I told all my associates about this place! Im so glad someone still does starter rebuilding and does it with quality.”
“Had a flat tire. It was damaged and could not be fixed. This happened an hour before leaving for a wedding. Jeff's lent me a car, to pick up my wife and get my other car from a dealer service area. Because of the quick help, offered by Jeff's Automotive, we arrived at the wedding with 10 minutes to spare. I have been a happy customer of Jeff's Automotive for over thirty years. Back in the good old days when he sold gas. Needless to say, the tire was replaced the next day.”
“Had a horrible air leak in my truck on the highway, lost all my air in around 15 seconds, barely had time to get on shoulder. Called these guys, showed up in 20 minutes or so. Immediately diagnosed the issue but they didn’t have the part in stock, and none of the Volvo dealerships around had it too( I checked). They found one 1.5 hours away from where I was, jumped in the van and got it before it closed. 15 minutes to install the new part and I’m back on the road. Oh and the price for the service is more than affordable so definitely recommend.”
“Knox auto service i've treated me very well over the years that i've known them. I went down today and they really looked over my car very good and found all the stuff that needs to be fixed. I appreciate their honesty and I plan to go there with my car and get it fixed whenever I need to. Job well done. Treat not just the car and the problem. But treat the owner with respect and dignity. I called three different places and they were all 3 to 5% more expensive. I strongly recommend them not just for the price, but because they did an outstanding job. I will recommend them to my mother.”

One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service.
