“I purchased the VW Atlas R line in this location at Aug.'24, and I would say the experience with sales person Seo Jung was far the best one. I got contacted him an hour before I arrived at the dealership when I saw my preference design in inventory. The same car was ready for look-up and test drive, and he was ready with all functional presentations with its car features.
Getting into its final price process was reasonable and will say not too much. Wait , to reach. I did have some of the numbers I had in my mind learned from other dealers, so I will say that may help..
The most impressive feeling was the car readiness after the signing process, as the car was equipped with all accessories, temp. plate, clean, installed front plate cover, and pulled in front for us to ride and go. It was a rainy and busy day, but he did make it happen for us to save our time and hassle. He also promised that a real plate would be shipped to my home, avoiding my visit back.
I love the car, drive great, and have no issues. Honestly, I can't be a fan for VW dealership to include + $1k none necessary accessories in their MSRP and multiple attempts to offer extended warranties and digest our time by warning for not having them.. but if you can bear that as most of the other manufacturers seem to work same, I would say this dealership and salesman Seo Jung will be the best choice to get yours.

“Check engine appeared on our 2012 Sorento just as we pulled into the driveway after the family vacation. New to Brown Daub I was expecting the TOTAL dealership run around to get the car fixed.
WOW! Was I really off base on that call. They gave us the earliest appt but ALSO suggested that we may want to see if any other dealerships could get us in sooner!
Kristen was the most polite & straight forward service tech I ever met. She was right up front with all the anticipated costs & said as soon as she knew I would be updated. She did just that and went a step beyond! When I told her I needed the car b4 2:30 on Friday, because the golden retriever Would NOT get in any other vehicle for his grooming appt.
She had the car ready for pick up by 3pm THE DAY BEFORE!! It took us less than 5 mins to sign, seal, and drive away with a 1 year warranty on the repair. AND the cost to replace the upper fuel pump? $1300.00! I am a VERY happy lifetime customer!”

“Really nice reps work here. Like ARik, who helped me and the young African American guy with dreads and glasses. No super long waits, and even if they are talking to someone ahead of you. They will kindly still ask how they can help. They move pretty fast. I came in to buy car oil for my Mazda and had to return the two sensors for my SUV, which my mechanic refused to use. And though it was just these two young men here. 07/21/23 They were super polite and provided great customer service. Thank you both. Especially Arik. For helping with the refund.”

“Where do I start. Christine in service was just perfect. We were traveling from RI to Florida and had a breakdown that was a great challenge for us. After trying multiple other Fiat dealerships who were not accommodating, we reached out to brown and Daub and were greeted with a clear and defined plan. Christine explained they were busy and would do her best to get us in so we can continue our journey. We stayed at a hotel for one night and really didn't want to extend. The team at Brown and daub got us on our way in 24 hours, luckily it was an easy fix. Thank you to the entire service team. Highly recommend them. As always patience wins.”

“9 days after my car passed inspection, my transmission suddenly went out unexpectedly on my commute home from work. AAA had my car towed to Easton auto body. I was pleasantly surprised with the help of the staff. The tow driver (I believe Earl) was very polite, quick to load my car, and informative. Steve from the garage contacted me to ask if he wanted me to run the diagnostics on it, quoted me the fee, and stated if it was my transmission, he might not be able to fix it. I appreciated his honesty. So many people take the time to write bad reviews. I thought the staff at Easton Auto Body handled my situation professionally, and I just wanted to give this small business credit for the way they treated me.”
“I was in a car accident a week ago, my car ended up being totaled but working with Koch auto was the easiest part. When we called about dropping the car off the first question they asked was if I was okay. They were sincere, kind, and professional. Kayla at the front desk helped us throughout most of this and she was incredibly helpful and kind.
