I had gone to Amicar back in July of this year (2024) to get my car inspected. My car passed emission, but failed for safety. I had been told that I needed my rear shocks done and to come back as soon as possible to get them done to receive my safety sticker. Upon going back, we had first been told that I would need to pay for my inspection all over again. After fighting this, we had been able to finish my inspection, but it had not been my rear shocks that needed to be done, it was in fact struts that needed to be done but I was told otherwise and this resulted in me having to pay more than I was originally quoted. I had been extremely disappointed in the lack of consistency and seemingly transparency. This miscommunication and lack of understanding had been damaging of trust and I am hesitant to return. I would love for this issue to rectified in some way. I received many recommendations for this place, and everyone I have spoken to has had nothing but positive experiences and I would love to be able to say the same. I would love to be contacted to rectify this issue so that should I need work done in the future, I can have a more pleasant experience.

The girl in the back desk is a very helpful woman, she’s always willing to bring solutions. She also speaks Spanish and translates whatever you need. Excellent service ?

Spoke to them over the phone, finalized the price of the vehicle, and went all the way to Easton from NJ. The owner bumped up the price by $500 last minute. I just walked out of there! I would not recommend doing business with Amicars.

I'm writing this review after 4 years of ownership of a 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I got from Amicars in 2020. This 13 year old car has 220,000 miles now and still drives like new, all I've done since purchasing it was changing its engine oil every 3000 miles. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.Bassam was extremely helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I became a loyal customer ever since, and kept coming back for maintenance and inspection, done by Amin who's extremely friendly and knowledgeable.I am very thankful to have found this hidden gem in Easton PA which I highly recommend and couldn't ask for any better!

Easy to deal with, low pressure, I got a great deal on a new work van from these guy. Very up front and honest, sent me the full report from auction with before and after pictures of the repairs they made. Love my new work van. Price was sweet enough that I flew in from Kentucky to drive it back home.

They are dishonest liars, I took my car to an oil change where I had to change some parts and they moved the muffler and damaged it, my car started to sound very hard, they gave me a quote of $100 for labor and at the time of pay they charged 225
They did not want to respond for the damage to the muffler, they are definitely the worst
And the owner is rude and disrespectful

I just have to say that this place is great!! I bought a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee from them. I was in the search for one for months. Finally found one on this lot online and I called and he scheduled an appt with me that day. Came in and test drove and purchased this beautiful jeep. The whole process was easy. I was nervous but Sam was very nice during the purchasing of vehicle and then to do the paperwork and plates I dealt with a mom and daughter and I feel bad I can’t remember their names. But they made our wait non existent by talking with us and being personable. We had a waiting room with us and a couple others in it so they were busy. But they never let that get in the way of their customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. They sell cars, repair cars and inspections and I’m pretty sure they do penndot online work. This place was great to me!!!!!! I’m so thankful. Thank you amicars inc. and all employees you have a great team.

The woman at the desk is the most ignorant miserable female I’ve come across. Mechanic gave me a price for inspection with cash and credit. Went to pay and she gave me a totally different number. She’s pocketing money and isn’t good for your business. The mechanic is very nice but with her being at the desk will be losing business.

Trash place I feel bad people take there cars there very nice in the beginning then there just unhonest very sketchy . Car had 109,426 when I bought it ended up having 500 miles added on the next day after I bought it . From where idk ?♂️ but from Easton to Virginia it's like 300 miles and a 6 hr drive
